However, the garbage not only rots and gives off a bad odor, but also
The sewage that leaches from this garbage causes river pollution, and the nearby farmland is destroyed as many island groups fly in search of livestock, leading to various complaints from residents who oppose the landfill. The current situation is that it is difficult to select a location.

The present invention was developed to solve these problems caused by garbage landfilling, and drains leached sewage from garbage and water such as groundwater and rainwater from separate water pipes into respective tanks. The leached sewage is returned from the storage tank and sprayed on the accumulated garbage layer to promote the decay of the garbage, and water such as rainwater and groundwater is directly discharged into the river. This prevents river pollution. In addition, as a countermeasure against birds, a roof sheet will be placed during the reclamation work in Section 1 to prevent rainwater, and the space in front and behind this roof sheet will be covered with nets to prevent birds from flying in. After the completion of reclamation in one section, the roof sheet is transferred to the next reclamation section, and in the section where the reclamation is completed, the top of the pile of garbage is leveled and a water-blocking sheet is laid. By covering the top with soil, the purpose is to prevent rainwater from seeping in and birds from flying in.

As trash accumulates, pressure is applied to the trash at the bottom, causing water contained in the trash itself to leach out. This leachate sewage then enters the leachate tank through a leachate drainage pipe. The organic matter in the accumulated garbage becomes a food source for microorganisms, and the garbage is mineralized by the metabolic process of the microorganisms and returned to the soil. The energy from this metabolic process evaporates the moisture in the garbage and releases it into the air. Because it scatters, it is necessary to supply the water necessary for the metabolic actions of microorganisms. To replenish this moisture, wastewater from the leachate tank is sprayed over the garbage. Therefore, leachate sewage does not flow outside. After the landfill for the first section is completed, the top of the garbage pile will be leveled, a water-blocking sheet will be placed, and the top will be covered with soil. After that, the roof sheet of section 1 was moved to the top of section 2, and the bird problem was solved by hanging nets in the space before and after the roof sheet, and the leachate drain pipe of switching cell B was connected. The problem of river pollution can also be solved without discharging leachate wastewater into rivers.

FIG. 1 shows a plan view of the construction of garbage landfill site A, and FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the construction site. In the figure, a retaining wall 1 is embanked and formed at the most downstream end of the reclaimed land A, and the sections in which surplus reclamation will be carried out upstream from this retaining wall 1 are divided into sections 1, 2, 3, etc. ,
A partition wall 2 will be built up at the boundary of this construction area. Then, a water-blocking sheet 3 is laid over the entire surface of this planned landfill site A. This water-shielding sheet 3 is intended to prevent sewage seeping out from landfilled garbage from penetrating into the ground.

Then, a groundwater drain pipe 12 is buried under the water-blocking sheet 3 so as to penetrate through the entire planned landfill site A, and a switching cell B is buried on the upstream side of the partition wall 2, and a drainage pipe 12 is buried through the switching cell B. A dedicated rainwater drainage pipe 5 and a perforated pipe 4 for draining leachate sewage are installed on the downstream side, and a perforated pipe 6 for rainwater inflow (which becomes a leachate sewage inflow pipe after the landfill is completed) and a rainwater inflow pipe 7 are installed in the landfill on the upstream side. Piping will be installed on top of the water-blocking sheet 3 on the bottom of the planned site.

The structure of the switching cell B is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. In the figures, Figure A is a plan view showing the piping of the switching cell B, and Figure B is a side view of the same. In addition, Figure 4 shows the piping configuration of the switching cell B in the two upstream sections until the first section on the downstream side of the landfill is completed, and Figure 5 shows the piping configuration of the switching cell B in the second section after the completion of the first section. This is the configuration of the piping in switching cell B at the time when landfilling started.

First, in FIG. 4, rainwater on the upstream side (section 2) permeates through the perforated pipe 6, flows into the cell B, and flows into the downstream rainwater drainage pipe 5 located at a lower position. Then, when the garbage landfill work in the 2nd section started, the 5th section
As shown in the figure, a connecting pipe 8 is attached and connected between the perforated pipe 6 on the upstream side and the perforated pipe 4 for draining leachate sewage on the downstream side. As a result, the sewage seeping out from the landfill waste in the 2nd section permeates into the perforated pipe 6 and connects the pipe 8.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a rainwater drainage pipe 5 and a groundwater drainage pipe 12 are provided with an underground water and rainwater storage tank 9 below the most downstream retaining wall 1 and are buried on the landfill side. Connecting. In addition, a U-shaped side ditch 11 for rainwater drainage will be buried around the planned landfill site, and the downstream end of the drainage channel by this side ditch 11 will also be used as a groundwater/rainwater storage tank 9.
Water such as groundwater and rainwater is stored in one place of the groundwater/rainwater storage tank 9 by connecting to the tank 9, and this water is discharged into the river.

Further, a leachate tank 10 is provided outside the groundwater/rainwater tank 9, and a leachate wastewater drain pipe 4 on the landfill side is connected to this tank 10, so that the leachate wastewater flows into the leachate tank 10. The sewage that has flowed into the leachate tank 10 is returned to the garbage being reclaimed and is sprayed onto the garbage by the sprinkler 21.

In this way, in the waste final disposal method of the present invention, water such as groundwater or rainwater and leached sewage from the garbage are treated separately and the water is discharged as is into the river, but no sewage is leached from the garbage. Since there is no discharge into rivers, there is no risk of polluting rivers as would be the case with conventional garbage landfills.

The final waste disposal method in a waste processing plant of the present invention involves introducing sewage that leaches from landfill waste, rainwater, and groundwater through separate drainage pipes, collecting the water in a storage tank, and directly discharging it into a river, so that the water leaches out of the waste. The sewage is first transferred to a storage tank, and then pumped up and spread over the landfill waste, which accelerates mineralization through the action of bacteria in the waste. The work will be gradually moved to the upstream section, and a switching cell will be installed to use the rainwater drainage pipes in the unfilled land as drainage pipes for waste leachate after the landfill, making it possible to completely separate sewage and fresh water. can prevent river pollution.

Furthermore, as a countermeasure against birds, by placing nets in the space before and after the roof sheet of the reclaimed land, it is possible to prevent birds from flying into the roof, which also has the effect of preventing damage to nearby farmland.
