Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waste accumulation facility such as a landfill at a final waste disposal site, and more particularly to a roof structure that covers an accumulation place of the waste accumulation facility.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing an example of a configuration of a conventional waste final disposal site for accumulating and landfilling and storing waste. The waste final disposal site excavates and forms the ground D in a concave shape, and the surrounding area is formed. First, a concrete fence 51 and the like are constructed to form a landfill 52 for charging waste. The wall and bottom of the landfill 52 are covered with a seepage control sheet 53, and a leachate collection drainage pipe 55 connected to the leachate collection tank 54A and the leachate adjustment pond 54B is provided at the bottom of the landfill 52. A protective soil layer 56 mainly composed of sand is provided. In addition, a roof 57 is provided above the landfill 52 to cover the landfill 52 to prevent rainfall from entering the landfill 52, and a water sprinkler 58 is provided near the ceiling of the roof 57. The water supplied from the water supply tank 59 is sprinkled on the waste A charged into the landfill 52 to purify the waste A. The leachate collected at the bottom of the landfill through the waste A is collected from the leachate collection / drainage pipe 55 into the leachate adjustment pond 54B via the leachate collection tank 54A, and then treated for leachate treatment. It is sent to the raw water tank 54C of the facility 54 and purified.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 8, the waste A is usually mounted on a transport vehicle 60 such as a dump truck, transported to a disposal site 50, and thrown into the landfill 52. At this time, the transport vehicle 60 enters the landfill 52 from a ramp 52k provided in the landfill 52 via a not-shown road inside the land, and places the waste A at a predetermined position in the landfill 52. throw into. The input waste A is spread and compacted by a heavy machine 61 such as a roller, and thereafter, the waste A is spread to prevent scattering of the waste A, release of bad smell, or generation of sanitary pests such as flies. A soil of a predetermined thickness is applied on A. Then, a new waste A is put on the soil cover and landfilled.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in a waste accumulation facility with a roof having a roof type roof 57 such as a steel frame structure or a membrane structure, such as the above-mentioned conventional waste final disposal site, this must be provided in an area where there is a strong wind or snow. The landfill 52 has a wide span, or an electric wire or a radio wave transmission path passes over the landfill 52, or is provided around the landfill 52. In order not to affect the functions of existing structures such as high-voltage power lines such as steel towers and antenna towers, in order to ensure their strength, they must be structurally large-scale or installed themselves. And the height of the roof 57 provided in the landfill 52 is limited. In addition, even when the shape of the opening of the accumulation area is irregular, such as when the above facility is constructed in a mountainous area, it is difficult to lay the roof.
In addition, in the case of the movable roof type by land reclamation, a driving facility for moving the roof is required, and a large crane or the like is required at the time of moving, which has increased costs.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the conventional problems, and has a structure that is strong against strong winds and snow, and has a wide open area, or a landfill where electric wires and radio wave transmission paths pass over the sky. In addition, even if a landfill has an irregular opening, regardless of the tower-like structure around the landfill, a roofed waste collection facility with a roof structure that can be easily erected The purpose is to provide.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is a waste collection facility with a roof, such as a final disposal site for waste, in which waste is put into a collection place and collected, and an opening portion of the collection place is provided. A roof comprising a single plate member or a lid member in which a plurality of plate members are joined, the roof including a passage opening communicating with a road inside the collection site in the collection site; Specifically, the lid member, which corresponds to the shape of the opening, one concrete or iron lining plate, or a combination of a plurality of pieces of the lining plate, the opening of the opening It is composed of a shape.
Since the roof made of the above-mentioned plate members has few projections to the ground, it is not only resistant to strong winds and snowfall, but also has a plate-shaped member such as a lining plate with almost no roof height. Even in a landfill where the shape of the opening is irregular, and even when the height of the roof is limited, it can be easily installed. In addition, even in a movable roof type waste accumulation facility with landfills, a plate-shaped lid member (in the case of combining a plurality of pieces of lining plate, each piece obtained by disassembling them) must be transported. Since it is sufficient that the crane for moving is small, it is possible to move the roof quickly and easily in the construction period.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the waste collection facility with a roof according to the first aspect, the lid member is provided with one or more openable / closable waste input ports. The waste can be put into the accumulation place without putting a transport vehicle such as a dump truck in the accumulation place. Thus, since only the leveling work by the heavy equipment needs to be performed in the accumulation area, the working efficiency can be significantly improved.
[0008]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the waste stacking facility with a roof according to the first or second aspect, a plurality of support members extending up to the vicinity of the opening are erected at the bottom of the accumulation area. The support member supports the lid member, so that even when the opening of the accumulation site is wide, the strength of the lid member serving as a roof can be sufficiently ensured.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the waste stacking facility with a roof according to any one of the first to third aspects, the lid member is directly laid on a side wall or a slope of the accumulation place. It is like that.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 are diagrams showing a schematic configuration of a storage tank of a waste accumulation facility according to the present embodiment. This storage tank 10 is formed by excavating and forming the ground D in a concave shape, and its periphery including a side wall 11a is formed. The storage tank 10 is reinforced with a concrete fence 11. The storage tank 10 is provided with a ramp 10 k for introducing a heavy machine 61 such as a roller from the ground portion D to an unillustrated road in the storage tank 10. In this example, the opening 10a of the storage tank 10 is covered with a plate-like lid member 12 having a plurality of openable and closable waste inlets 12S, and the lid member 12 is used as a roof of the storage tank 10. A passage opening 12k communicating with the ramp 10k is provided at a joint of the lid member 12 with the ground portion D, and a roof portion 13a covering the passage opening 12k is provided above the passage opening 12k. And a heavy equipment entrance 13 having a shutter 13b.
Further, each of the waste inlets 12S is provided with a lid 14 made of a thick iron plate for opening and closing the upper part of the waste inlet 12S. Specifically, the waste inlet 12S has a narrow step at the lower portion, and the peripheral edge of the lid 14 is placed on the step 12d to close the waste inlet 12S. When the waste A is loaded, the lid 14 is pulled out from the waste input port 12S by lifting the lid 14 using a crane or the like (not shown), and the waste input port 12S is opened. The opening of the waste inlet 12S is not limited to the above, and the lid 14 may be opened by removing, swinging, or sliding the lid 14 with a crane, jack, motor, or the like.
In this example, as a lid member, each peripheral part is directly made on the concrete side wall 11a of the peripheral part of the opening 10a of the storage tank 10, and is made of concrete having two waste input ports 12S. A lid member 12 is used in which two iron lining plates 12A and two concrete or iron lining plates 12B having no waste inlet are alternately combined. A concrete or iron lining plate provided with a plurality of waste inlets 12S may be used.
[0010]
Next, a method of charging the waste A into the storage tank 10 and spreading the waste A will be described.
First, the waste A is mounted on a transport vehicle 60 such as a dump truck and transported to the storage tank 10 of the waste accumulation facility. The opening 10a of the storage tank 10 is covered with a lid member 12, and each waste input port 12S is closed with a lid 14, respectively. Since the vehicle can travel freely on the roof, that is, on the lid member 12, the vehicle can easily reach the vicinity of the waste inlet 12S. When the transport vehicle 60 arrives near the waste input port 12S, an operator (driver) stops the transport vehicle 60, and moves the lid 14 closing the waste input port 12S to a crane, jack, or motor. By removing, swinging, or sliding, the waste inlet 12S is opened, and the transported waste A is thrown into the storage tank 10 from the opened waste inlet 12S. . After that, the cover 14 is returned to the original state, and the waste input operation is completed.
Thereafter, the heavy equipment 61 such as a roller is put into the storage tank 10 through the heavy equipment entrance 13, and the input waste A is spread and compacted. In addition, as required, a soil covering material is thrown in from the waste inlet 12S, and soil of a predetermined thickness is applied on the waste A. Then, a new waste A is put on the soil cover and landfilled. Further, in order to improve the safety at the time of inputting the waste and to prevent the scattering of the waste, when inputting the waste A, instead of directly inputting the waste A, the lower part of the waste input port 12S is used. A hopper may be provided, and once received by the hopper, may be charged. Further, if the hopper can be lowered, the safety is further improved, and the scattering prevention effect is also improved.
Note that, depending on the size and type of the waste to be charged, the transport vehicle 60 may directly enter from the heavy equipment entrance 13 and directly throw the waste into the storage tank 10.
[0011]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the opening 10a of the storage tank 10, which is the waste accumulation area of the waste accumulation facility, is connected to the passage opening 12k communicating with the ramp 10k in the storage tank 10, and the lid body. 14 is covered with a plate-like lid member 12 having an openable / closable waste inlet 12S provided with the roof 14 and is used as a roof of the storage tank 10, so that sufficient strength is secured against strong winds, snow and the like. can do. Also, since the roof has almost no height, if electric wires or radio wave transmission paths pass over the storage tank 10, or if a high roof is provided in the storage tank 10, the surrounding structures will be affected. Even in the case of giving, the roof can be easily erected.
Further, since the lid member 12 is formed of a plate-like member obtained by assembling a concrete or iron lining plate, for example, as shown in FIG. Even so, a roof without a height can be easily erected. Specifically, a lid having the shape of the opening 15a is obtained by combining a plurality of pieces 161, 162, 163, の of the lining plate with a shape corresponding to the shape of the opening 15a of the landfill 15. By constructing the member 16 and laying it directly on the slope 15b so as to cover the opening 15a of the landfill 15 with the lid member 16, even if the opening is irregular in the landfill, the roof can be easily constructed. Can be erected. At this time, some of the pieces 161, 162, 163, and 開 閉 are provided with an openable / closable waste inlet 16 </ b> S provided with the lid 14, and the waste A is discharged from the waste inlet 16 </ b> S. It is thrown into the landfill 15. In the case where the shape of the landfill is simple, the cover member 16 may be made of a single concrete or iron lining plate.
Note that the openings 10a and 15a of the storage tank 10 or the landfill 15 are in a state where the waste inlets 12S and 16S are closed by the lid 14 except when the waste A is charged. It is possible to reliably prevent rainwater from entering the storage tank 10 or the landfill 15.
[0012]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, even in a landfill 17 having a wide span of the opening, a plurality of support members 18 extending up to the vicinity of the opening of the landfill 17 are erected at the bottom of the landfill 17. If the support member 18 and the slope 17a support the plate-shaped lid member 19 that covers the opening of the landfill 17, the strength of the roof of the landfill 17 can be secured while ensuring sufficient strength. Can easily be installed. Note that the cover member 19 may be supported only by the support member 18. Further, in the figure, reference numeral 19S denotes a waste input port provided in the lid member 19, 14 denotes a lid, and 19k denotes a passage opening of the lid member 19.
When the waste accumulation facility is of a movable roof type with compartmental landfill, as shown in FIG. 5, the lid member 22A of the completed storage tank 20A is moved to a storage tank 20C before landfilling by a crane or the like. What is necessary is just to move and cover the opening part. At this time, as the lid members 22A and 22B used for the storage tanks 20A and 20B, as in the above-described embodiment, a concrete or iron lining plate 22p having a waste input port 20S and a waste input port If a plurality of lining plates 22q made of concrete or iron without a mouth are combined, the lining plates 22p and 22q obtained by disassembling the lid member 22A may be transported at the time of movement. The crane is small and the roof can be moved quickly and easily.
[0013]
In the above-described embodiment, the roof structure of the waste accumulation facility with a roof, such as a final waste disposal site, which is assumed to be spread and covered with soil, has been described. However, the present invention simply accumulates waste. The present invention is also applicable to a roof structure of a waste accumulation area provided in a waste accumulation area such as a temporary waste storage area or a waste transshipment station.
Further, in the above-described example, the example of the concrete accumulation type waste accumulation place where the periphery including the side wall 11a is reinforced by the concrete wall 11 is shown, but the form of the waste accumulation place is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 6A, an earth-structure container-type accumulation site 40A, or as shown in FIG. 6B, a concrete protection wall 40b is provided around a concave excavation site 40a. The present invention is also applicable to the accumulation place 40B.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the roof of a waste accumulation facility that accumulates waste by throwing it into an accumulation area, such as a landfill at a final waste disposal site, is provided with an opening portion of the accumulation area. It is composed of a single plate member or a lid member in which a plurality of plate members are joined, and is provided with a passage opening communicating with a road in the accumulation area, so that rainwater can be prevented from entering the accumulation area. It is possible to construct a roof having a structure resistant to strong wind and snow. Furthermore, there is no effect on the use of the sky above the accumulation area or the surrounding structures. In addition, since the lid member serving as the roof may be constituted by a single lining plate or a combination of lining plates, it may be a landfill with an irregular opening or a landfill with a wide opening. Can be easily installed.
Also, if one or more waste inlets that can be opened and closed are provided in the lid member, and waste is thrown into the accumulation area through the waste inlet, the transport of a dump truck or the like into the accumulation area can be performed. It is possible to put waste into the above-mentioned accumulation area without entering a vehicle.
