断及び熱シール封緘を同時に行うヒーター刃受板15及び
ヒーター刃押板16、及び該ヒーター刃受板15及び該ヒー
ター刃押板16によって下端部が熱封緘され上端部が開放
された状態に製袋され且つ内部に充填物が充填された状
態の袋7を排出コンベア18に送り出すプッシャ17を備え
た竪形製袋包装機と、 該竪形製袋包装機の製袋充填筒1内に設けられ、茸の培
床材であるオガ10を該竪形製袋包装機により製袋された
袋7内に供給するための中空軸スクリュー5と、 該中空軸スクリュー5の内筒部に回転可能に設けられた
分離切断軸12と、 該分離切断軸12の下部先端部に設けられ、上記中空軸ス
クリュー5により供給された加圧成形されたオガ10を上
記分離切断軸12とともに回転して上記製袋充填筒1の下
部にて分離切断するための分離ナイフ13と、 上記分離切断軸12の下部先端部に上記分離ナイフ13より
も下方に突出させて設けられた細長孔形成棒19と、 上記製袋充填筒1の下方に設けられ、オガ10を受ける状
態に位置する袋7の下部を支え受けて所定の加圧力を検
知することにより、上記中空軸スクリュー5の回転を停
止してオガ10の供給を止め、同時に上記分離切断軸12を
回転させて加圧成形されたオガ14を所定量袋7内に分離
切断させる加圧検知受板8と、 上記製袋充填筒1の下方に設けられ、袋7の横部を支え
受けてオガ加圧充填による破袋を防止する袋横受ガイド
9と を具備していることを特徴とする茸栽培培地製袋用のオ
