Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance dust collection efficiency by sucking dust from a dust generating source by a duct and a blower and spraying mist on the dust before entering a dust collector to bring the dust into a state easy to adhere and subse quently sending the dust into a honeycomb-shaped dust collection pipe. CONSTITUTION:A duct 1 and a blower 2 are arranged to a dust generating place and a mist generator 3 wherein a water-lifting pump 9 and a compressor 4 are combined, is attached to the interior of the duct 1 and the end part of the duct 1 is expanded to be connected to an outer box 5. A casing 6 is obliquely arranged to be packed with dust collection pipes 7 and a mud receiving pipe 12 and a storage tank 13 are attached to the lower part of the casing 6. A fine mesh net 14 is attached to the entire surface of a casing 8 and the control of the amt. of water and that of mud is made possible. By this constitution, dust is made easy to adhere by spraying the mist generated in the mist generator to sucked dust and the dust collection efficiency in the dust collection pipes 7 is enhanced.

EXAMPLE An example will be described according to the order of the dust flow direction in FIG. 2. A duct (1) and a blower (2) are installed at a dust generation location, and a pump (9) and a compressor (4) are installed in the duct. Install the combined fog generator (3), expand the end of the duct and connect it to the outer box (6).
The casing (8) is installed diagonally and the dust collecting pipe (7) is packed. A mud receiving pipe (12) and a storage tank (13) are attached to the lower part of the casing, and a fine net (11) is attached to the front face.
A water level gauge (8) and a drain valve (14) are attached to control the amount of water and the amount of mud.

In the embodiment of FIG. 3, a dust collecting pipe (7) having a small diameter is packed in a box-shaped casing (6) made of an iron plate by a dust collecting pipe installation method. This is to increase the adhesion area of the dust sprayed with the mist. Since only gaps with the same diameter will create a gap, insert a smaller diameter pipe. Check the top and bottom and fix with steel pipes by welding, and with VP pipes and VU pipes with adhesives. The dust collecting pipe may be a square pipe, and a larger casing can be used.

The embodiment shown in FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 is a method of manufacturing a dust collecting pipe (7), in which a notch (16) is obliquely inserted in the pipe along the direction of air flow and is inserted in the same shape as the notch. Insert the plate (17) and weld or glue it. As the plate, an iron plate or an ENBI plate is used. Some are notched in the opposite direction, changing the airflow between the pipes without inserting the insert plate.

In order to increase the adhesion area of the dust containing water and to secure the air volume, the pipe is packed in a casing larger than the suction duct and adhered to the inner wall of the pipe. In addition, by inserting a plate that changes the flow of air in the pipe, the dust collection effect is further enhanced.

Since the dust collected by the net is a slight substance, it falls along the net and is sucked up again by the pump to become a mist. By installing a pump inside the outer box, water circulates, and there is the effect that no sewage goes out. The stored mud is sucked up by a vacuum car and treated as industrial waste.
