Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing cement granules by which spherical aggretate having satisfactory strength can be produced at a low cost without requiring a firing process. CONSTITUTION: Water is added to 50-95 pts.wt. cement and 5-50 pts.wt. inorg. plasticizer and they are kneaded, sphered and subjected to natural hardening or forced hardening. Clay such as gairome clay or kibushi clay may be used as the inorg. plasticizer. The resultant cement granules are used as the aggregate of an ordinary paving material, a water permeable paving material, a sound absorbing board, etc.

2. Description of the Related Art As aggregates for general pavement materials, water-permeable pavement materials, sound absorbing plates, etc., crushed ceramics (cerben) and ceramic spherical particles have been mainly used. However, selven has the advantage that it can be obtained at low cost, but since it is an amorphous particle, it has irregular internal pores, and when it is used as a water-permeable pavement material, etc., there is a problem that it is likely to cause clogging. Further, although the ceramic spherical particles do not have such a defect, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost becomes high because the step of firing after making them spherical is indispensable.

The present invention, which has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, is made by adding water to 50 to 95 parts by weight of cement and 5 to 50 parts by weight of an inorganic plasticizer and kneading them to obtain spherical particles. It is characterized in that it is cured and then naturally or forcibly cured.

As the cement, Portland cement, white cement, early-strength cement, alumina cement or the like can be used. Further, as the inorganic plasticizer, clay such as frog eye clay and kibushi clay can be used. This inorganic plasticizer has a role of imparting plasticity to the cement without deteriorating the characteristics of the cement itself, and at the same time, acts as a filler for the cement. The inorganic plasticizer is added in an amount of 5 to 50 parts by weight with respect to 50 to 95 parts by weight of cement. This is because if the amount of the inorganic plasticizer is less than 5 parts by weight, the kneaded product lacks in plasticity, and thus it becomes difficult to make it into a spheroid, and if it exceeds 50 parts by weight, the strength becomes insufficient.

2 parts by weight or less of the organic binder and 5 parts by weight or less of the pigment can be added to the parts by weight. Dextrin or CMC is used as the organic binder, and the strength of the cement particles before curing (molding strength) can be increased to facilitate handling. However, since this organic binder adversely affects the properties of cement, it is preferable to use 2 parts by weight or less. The pigment is added as needed when it is desired to color the aggregate, and generally 0.5 to 5

The above-mentioned materials are kneaded together with water, adjusted to have a water content of 15 ± 2%, and then spheroidized by a granulator or a granulator. The particle size is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 0.5 to 10 mm. The obtained cement particles are naturally hardened or forcibly hardened to obtain a product. In the case of natural curing, 24 hours or more is required, but in the case of forced curing, it may be maintained for 8 hours or more in a curing room or water having a temperature of 40 to 50 ° C. and a humidity of 90% or more. Also temperature 15-30
It may be kept in the air at a temperature of 80 to 100% for 24 hours. The curing conditions can be set appropriately according to the method of use.

According to the present invention, water is added to the cement and the inorganic plasticizer and kneaded, and the mixture is spheroidized and then spontaneously hardened or forcedly hardened, so that the properties such as the strength inherent to the cement are not impaired. Can be converted. For this reason,
The obtained cement granules have high strength, and when used as an aggregate of a water-permeable pavement material, they can form uniform pores with a smooth surface inside, and thus have an advantage of exhibiting excellent water permeability. Moreover, according to the present invention, unlike the case of producing the ceramic spherical particles, the firing step is unnecessary, so that the production cost can be reduced.

[Embodiment 2] Next, various kinds of cement granules were produced in which the addition ratio of the inorganic plasticizer to the cement was changed, and the cement granules were pressed by a hydraulic press machine under a load of 5 tons. A test piece of × 70 × 5 mm was prepared. Each test piece was subjected to a bending test with a span of 50 mm using a universal testing machine manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation to measure the bending strength. The result is shown in FIG. As shown in the graph of FIG. 2, the amount of the inorganic plasticizer in the range of 5 to 50 parts by weight is 80 kg.
Bending strength of f / cm 2 or more is obtained, especially 100 kgf in the vicinity of 20 parts by weight of inorganic plasticizer to 80 parts by weight of cement.
A large bending strength far exceeding / cm 2 can be obtained. The test piece was press-molded, allowed to stand for 3 to 4 hours, immersed in water for 24 hours or more, and then subjected to a bending test.
