The bottom layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1000g of 3-8mm stone, 250g of machine-made sand, 400g of P.O42.5 grade cement, 0.5g of redispersible latex powder, 5g of fly ash, 0.5g of polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent and 160g of water.
The water permeability coefficient and compressive strength of the water permeable bricks cured in examples 1 to 4 were measured according to JG/T376-2012, and the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the water permeable brick prepared by the preparation process of the high-imitation stone water permeable brick has higher compressive strength and water permeability coefficient besides the stone imitation effect that the surface layer has uneven patterns which are randomly distributed. The compressive strength of the water permeable brick prepared in each embodiment of the invention reaches 45-51MPa, the ceramic sand, the ceramsite, the stones and the like are used as main raw materials of the surface layer and the bottom layer, the water permeable brick has higher strength, the surface layer and the bottom layer both adopt cement as a binder, and dispersible latex powder with outstanding binding strength is added, so that the overall mechanical property of the water permeable brick is improved; meanwhile, the ceramsite with a pore structure and the hydrophilic inorganic binder are added, so that the water permeable brick has a good water permeable effect, and the water permeable coefficient reaches 4.2-5.0 cm/s.

the components of the bottom layer raw material comprise bottom layer aggregate, machine-made sand, an inorganic binder, redispersible latex powder, a cement alkali inhibitor, a water reducing agent and water;

The preparation process of the high imitation stone water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the surface layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of surface layer aggregate, 20-35 parts of inorganic binder, 0.2-1.5 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.02-1 part of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.2-2 parts of cement alkali inhibitor, 0.02-0.5 part of water reducer and 4-24 parts of water.

The preparation process of the high imitation stone water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the bottom layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of bottom layer aggregate, 20-40 parts of machine-made sand, 25-40 parts of inorganic binder, 0.05-0.4 part of redispersible latex powder, 0.25-2 parts of cement alkali inhibitor, 0.05-0.4 part of water reducer and 5-16 parts of water.
4. The preparation process of the high imitation stone water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the grain size of the surface layer mixture is 1-10 mm.
5. The process for preparing the high imitation stone water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the grain size of the surface layer aggregate is 0.18-0.85 mm.
6. The preparation process of the high imitation stone water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the bottom layer aggregate is one or more of stones, ceramsite, waste porcelain granules and tailings, and the particle size of the bottom layer aggregate is 3-8 mm.
7. The preparation process of the high imitation stone water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the curing conditions in the step (4) are as follows: the temperature is 25-35 ℃, the humidity is 70-90%, and the curing time is 3-28 days.
8. A high imitation stone water permeable brick, characterized in that the water permeable brick is prepared according to the preparation process of the high imitation stone water permeable brick of any one of claims 1-7.
9. The high imitation stone water permeable brick of claim 8, wherein the surface layer thickness of the water permeable brick is 4-10 mm.
