A2: putting the surface layer solid raw material into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred, putting the mixture into a granulator to be granulated at the speed of 40r/min while spraying water, and obtaining a spherical surface layer mixture A with the particle size of 1-3mm2;
A3: putting the surface layer solid raw material into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred, putting the mixture into a granulator to be granulated at the speed of 40r/min while spraying water, and obtaining a spherical surface layer mixture A with the particle size of 1-3mm3;
Mixing the surface layer mixture A1、A2、A3Placing the mixture into a stirrer, and slowly stirring the mixture for 30s at a rotating speed of 2r/min to obtain a surface layer mixture A which is not uniformly mixed;

A3The surface layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25g of black sintered color sand with the thickness of 0.18-0.85mm, 7.5g of P.W42.5 white cement, 0.05g of redispersible latex powder, 0.1g of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5g of fly ash, 0.05g of polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent and 6g of water.
The bottom layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1000g of 3-8mm stone, 200g of machine-made sand, 250g of P.O62.5 grade cement, 0.5g of redispersible latex powder, 2.5g of fly ash, 0.5g of polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent and 160g of water.

A preparation process of a high-imitation stone water permeable brick comprises the following steps:

A1: stirring the surface layer solid raw materials in a stirrer uniformly, and granulating in a granulator at a speed of 20r/min while spraying water to obtain spherical surface layer mixture A with particle size of 3-5mm1;
A2: stirring the surface layer solid raw materials in a stirrer uniformly, and granulating in a granulator at a speed of 20r/min while spraying water to obtain spherical surface layer mixture A with particle size of 5-10mm2;
Mixing the surface layer mixture A1、A2Placing the mixture into a stirrer, and slowly stirring the mixture for 5s at a rotating speed of 10r/min to obtain a surface layer mixture A which is not uniformly mixed;
(2) preparation of base mix
Quickly and uniformly stirring the mixture in a stirrer at the rotating speed of 300r/min to obtain a bottom layer mixture B;
(3) shaping of
Respectively conveying the surface layer mixture A and the bottom layer mixture B to a surface material distribution bin and a bottom material distribution bin, fully distributing the bottom layer mixture B in a mold box, compacting to make a part of the top of the mold box be vacant, distributing the surface layer mixture A on the bottom layer mixture B in the vacant mold box, finally performing vibration molding, and then demolding;
(4) maintaining
Placing the demoulded brick in a curing kiln for curing at the temperature of 30 ℃ and the humidity of 70 percent for 28 days to obtain the high-imitation stone permeable brick;
wherein A is1The surface layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100g of black sintered dry-granulated color sand with the thickness of 0.18-0.42mm, 25g of P.W52.5 white cement, 0.6g of redispersible latex powder, 0.02g of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5g of silica fume, 0.02g of polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent and 20g of water.
A2Surface layerThe raw materials and the weight are respectively as follows: 100g of yellow ceramic sand with the thickness of 0.18-0.85mm, 20g of P.W42.5 white cement, 0.2g of redispersible latex powder, 1g of polyvinyl alcohol, 2g of fly ash, 0.5g of polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent and 4g of water.
The bottom layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1000g of 3-8mm stone, 250g of machine-made sand, 400g of P.O42.5 grade cement, 0.5g of redispersible latex powder, 5g of fly ash, 0.5g of polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent and 160g of water.
The water permeability coefficient and compressive strength of the water permeable bricks cured in examples 1 to 4 were measured according to JG/T376-2012, and the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the water permeable brick prepared by the preparation process of the high-imitation stone water permeable brick has higher compressive strength and water permeability coefficient besides the stone imitation effect that the surface layer has uneven patterns which are randomly distributed. The compressive strength of the water permeable brick prepared in each embodiment of the invention reaches 45-51MPa, the ceramic sand, the ceramsite, the stones and the like are used as main raw materials of the surface layer and the bottom layer, the water permeable brick has higher strength, the surface layer and the bottom layer both adopt cement as a binder, and dispersible latex powder with outstanding binding strength is added, so that the overall mechanical property of the water permeable brick is improved; meanwhile, the ceramsite with a pore structure and the hydrophilic inorganic binder are added, so that the water permeable brick has a good water permeable effect, and the water permeable coefficient reaches 4.2-5.0 cm/s.

Claims (9)
1. A preparation process of a high-imitation stone water permeable brick is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing a surface layer mixture:
A1: putting the solid raw materials of the surface layer into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred, putting the mixture into a granulator to be granulated at the rotating speed of 20-40r/min while spraying water to obtain spherical surface layer mixture A1;
A2: putting the solid raw materials of the surface layer into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred, putting the mixture into a granulator to be granulated at the rotating speed of 20-40r/min while spraying water to obtain spherical surface layer mixture A2;
By analogy, the mixture A of the surface layer is obtained3、A4……An;
Mixing the surface layer mixture A1、A2、A3、A4……AnPlacing into a stirrer, and slowly stirring at a rotation speed of 2-10r/min for 5-30s to obtain a non-uniformly mixed surface layer mixture A;
(2) preparation of base mix
The bottom layer raw materials are put into a stirrer and quickly and uniformly stirred at the rotating speed of 100-;
(3) shaping of
Respectively conveying the surface layer mixture A and the bottom layer mixture B to a surface material distribution bin and a bottom material distribution bin, fully distributing the bottom layer mixture B in a mold box, compacting to make a part of the top of the mold box be vacant, distributing the surface layer mixture A on the bottom layer mixture B in the vacant mold box, finally performing vibration molding, and then demolding;
(4) maintaining
Placing the demoulded brick in a curing kiln for curing to obtain the high-imitation stone permeable brick;
the surface layer raw material comprises surface layer aggregate, an inorganic binder, redispersible latex powder, polyvinyl alcohol, a cement alkali inhibitor, a water reducer and water;
the components of the bottom layer raw material comprise bottom layer aggregate, machine-made sand, an inorganic binder, redispersible latex powder, a cement alkali inhibitor, a water reducing agent and water;
the surface layer mixture A1、A2、A3、A4……AnN is more than or equal to 2, and the surface layer mixture A1、A2、A3、A4……AnThe facing aggregate in (1) has more than one color;
the surface layer aggregate is one or more of natural colored sand, colored ceramic sand, sintered colored ceramic dry granulation powder or spray granulation powder with colors.
2. The preparation process of the high imitation stone water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the surface layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of surface layer aggregate, 20-35 parts of inorganic binder, 0.2-1.5 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.02-1 part of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.2-2 parts of cement alkali inhibitor, 0.02-0.5 part of water reducer and 4-24 parts of water.

The preparation process of the high imitation stone water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the bottom layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of bottom layer aggregate, 20-40 parts of machine-made sand, 25-40 parts of inorganic binder, 0.05-0.4 part of redispersible latex powder, 0.25-2 parts of cement alkali inhibitor, 0.05-0.4 part of water reducer and 5-16 parts of water.
4. The preparation process of the high imitation stone water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the grain size of the surface layer mixture is 1-10 mm.
5. The process for preparing the high imitation stone water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the grain size of the surface layer aggregate is 0.18-0.85 mm.
6. The preparation process of the high imitation stone water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the bottom layer aggregate is one or more of stones, ceramsite, waste porcelain granules and tailings, and the particle size of the bottom layer aggregate is 3-8 mm.
7. The preparation process of the high imitation stone water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the curing conditions in the step (4) are as follows: the temperature is 25-35 ℃, the humidity is 70-90%, and the curing time is 3-28 days.
8. A high imitation stone water permeable brick, characterized in that the water permeable brick is prepared according to the preparation process of the high imitation stone water permeable brick of any one of claims 1-7.
9. The high imitation stone water permeable brick of claim 8, wherein the surface layer thickness of the water permeable brick is 4-10 mm.
