Although the number of times of opening and closing the door of an automobile is largely different depending on the type of the automobile and the method of use, it is about 3 to 800,000 times, and the door is bent every time the door is opened and closed. The end of the wire harness for the door that receives it must withstand this. The bending of the wire harness due to the opening and closing of the door is as described in FIGS. 7 and 8 above.
Since it is applied to a relatively narrow area around the door hinge, a large mechanical strain is applied to the end of the door wire harness due to bending.

By the way, the magnitude of mechanical strain applied to a bent flat conductor or the like increases as the thickness of the flat conductor or the like increases when the bending radius of the bend is the same. Therefore, when configuring the door wire harness using a flat conductor such as a flat cable,
Since it is necessary to set the bending resistance of the portion near the door hinge that receives bending to a certain level that is equal to or greater than the number of times the vehicle door is opened and closed, a flat conductor having a certain thickness or more cannot be used. For this reason, in order to obtain the necessary current capacity, it is necessary to use a very wide flat conductor, or if there is a dimensional constraint, divide one circuit into multiple circuit conductors. However, there was a problem that they had to be used repeatedly.

When the door wire harness having the above-mentioned structure is arranged in the door, the torsional rigidity of the end portion of the door wire harness near the door hinge becomes relatively large. Further, the portion having a relatively small torsional rigidity is arranged in a desired size adapted to the space inside the door. Therefore, the bending of the wire harness due to the opening and closing of the door is induced in a portion where the torsional rigidity is relatively small, and inside the door with a relatively large dimensional margin. As a result,
Since the bending of the wire harness is distributed over a relatively wider area than before, mechanical strain due to bending is reduced, and flat conductors with a relatively large thickness can also be used. Become.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a state in which a door wire harness according to the present invention is arranged inside a door.
In FIG. 1, the door wire harness 16 has a circuit formed of a flat conductor and is attached to the door 17. In the wire harness 16 for door, a connector 18 for connecting to automobile electrical equipment is installed at one end, as in the conventional example, and at the other end protruding from the door 17,
A connector 20 for connecting to the grommet 19 and a vehicle body side wire harness (not shown) is attached. In this door wire harness 16, portions 22a and 22b having a relatively large torsional rigidity are provided on the vehicle body side end portions on both sides of a portion 21a having a desired size and a relatively small torsional rigidity. The portions 22a and 22b having a large torsional rigidity are obtained by attaching a thick plastic film to the flat conductor for reinforcement. That is, the door wire harness 16 includes a portion 22a having a relatively large torsional rigidity, which is arranged in a state of penetrating the partition wall 24 on the door hinge side, and a relative portion arranged in the door continuously to the portion 22a having a large rigidity. 21a with low torsional rigidity
A portion 22b having a relatively large torsional rigidity and a portion 22b having a relatively large rigidity continuously connected to the portion 21a having a small rigidity.
It is composed of a portion 21b which is continuous with b and has a relatively small torsional rigidity. The portion 22a having large torsional rigidity penetrates the through hole of the partition wall 24 so as to be freely movable.

2 (a) and 2 (b), portions 22a and 22b to which a thick plastic film or the like is attached and which has a relatively large torsional rigidity as compared with the surrounding portions.
Does not bend even when the door 17 is opened and closed, and the bending due to the opening and closing of the door 17 has a relatively small torsional rigidity.
It happens in a. That is, the bending accompanying the opening and closing of the door 17
It does not occur in a relatively narrow portion near a door hinge (not shown) that connects the door 17 and the vehicle body 23, but occurs in a portion 21a having relatively small torsional rigidity arranged inside the door 17 with a dimensional allowance. Be guided to.

As is well known, the mechanical strain becomes smaller as the bending radius becomes larger, when the materials to be bent have the same thickness. Unlike the vicinity of the door hinge, which has a small dimensional margin, the portion 21a having a relatively small torsional rigidity is located in a portion having a relatively large dimensional margin inside the door. Therefore, the size of the bending radius of the bending due to opening and closing of the door can be easily increased by adjusting the size and shape of the portion 21a having small torsional rigidity and the relative position of the door hinge and the portion 21a having small torsional rigidity. . For this reason, it is possible to provide the portion 21a having a small torsional rigidity with bending resistance with a sufficient margin for the number of times of opening and closing the door of the automobile.

The portions 22a, 2 having relatively large rigidity
2b may be configured by applying any means to a substrate such as a flat cable as long as the rigidity is higher than that of the peripheral portion. For example, fixing a thin plate or rod of reinforcing material along a substrate such as a flat cable, covering the relevant part with a sheath-like reinforcing member, or sticking a thin plate or film of the reinforcing material to the relevant part. You may comprise. Further, the rigidity of the portions 22a and 22b having high rigidity does not need to completely prevent bending at the portions when the door is opened and closed, and the bending at the time of opening and closing the door is limited to the narrow portion around the door hinge. It is prevented from concentrating on the substrate such as a flat cable, and the bending is distributed to the portion 21 having a relatively small torsional rigidity, and as a result, there is a sufficient margin for the number of times of opening and closing the door of the automobile. It suffices if flexibility can be imparted to a substrate such as a flat cable forming a wire harness for a door.

As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a door wire harness that is wired inside a door of an automobile, and has a relatively high rigidity, which is arranged in a state of penetrating a partition wall on the door hinge side. A portion having a relatively small torsional rigidity arranged continuously in the door to the portion having a large rigidity, a portion having a relatively large rigidity continuous to the portion having a small torsional rigidity, As it consists of a large part and a part with relatively low rigidity, if necessary,
Since a substrate such as a flat cable having a relatively large thickness with poor bending resistance can be used, the circuit width for obtaining the necessary current capacity can be reduced, and one circuit can be made into multiple thin sheets. There is no need to take a measure of dividing and overlapping the circuit conductors, and there is an excellent effect that the configuration can be simplified.
