[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The former and latter conventional techniques have the following problems, respectively.
(1) All are winding devices for flat cables, and it is difficult to assemble them into a wire harness composed of a plurality of electric wires (wires having a circular cross section) arranged between a fixed body and a movable body. (2) Each time the flat cable is pulled out of the case or rewound into the case according to the movement of the movable body, a force is applied to the flat cable, and the stress (load) applied to the flat cable is large. There is a risk of doing so. (3) It is necessary to provide connectors for connecting with other electric wires at both ends of the flat cable, and also connectors are required on the other electric wires, and the cost of the flat cable itself is high. Will increase. (4) The work of assembling the flat cable into the case is complicated. For example, in the latter conventional technique, a complicated operation of passing an intermediate point of the

The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and its object is to make it possible to easily assemble a long wire harness at an arbitrary position, to improve the appearance, It is an object of the present invention to provide a wire harness winding device which can reduce the stress of an electric wire, further simplify the structure, eliminate the need for a connector, and reduce the manufacturing cost.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a wire harness take-up device to be assembled to a wire harness routed between a fixed body and a movable body, wherein the upper and lower covers are connected to each other to provide two harness outlets. And a partition plate rotatably provided in the case and partitioning the inside of the case into a first storage portion and a second storage portion, and support shafts provided on upper and lower sides of the partition plate, respectively. And a roller having a winding cylinder, and the wire harness is mounted on a mounting plate having a stepped portion so that a part of the wire harness passes through a cutout provided in an outer peripheral portion of the partition plate. A movable wire extending from the notch in the wire harness to the second housing portion side by engaging an engagement portion provided on one end side with a locking hole provided in the vicinity of the notch in the partition. The harness contains a flexible tube Is covered over a predetermined length, and one end of the tube is fixed to the other end of the mounting plate together with the movable wire harness, wound around the outer periphery of the winding cylinder, and the other end is connected to one of the two harness outlets. The other end of the tube is fixed to a fixture fixed to the movable-side wire harness, and the fixed-side wire harness extending from the notch to the first housing portion side of the wire harness is connected to a support shaft. It is wound loosely, is fixed to the other of the two harness outlets, extends out from the outlet, and further, inside the winding cylinder, a winding spring for urging the roller in the direction of winding the movable-side wire harness. It is characterized by being accommodated.
According to this configuration, (1) when assembling to the wire harness, the roller is rotated until the cutout portion of the partition plate comes to a position facing one of the harness outlets of the case, and the roller is held at this rotation position. In this state, the wire harness is mounted on the partition plate via the mounting plate. After that, when the roller is released from holding, the roller rotates in the direction of winding the wire harness by the urging force of the winding spring, so that the tube covered by the movable-side wire harness is automatically wound around the outer periphery of the winding drum. Can be After that, the fixed-side wire harness is loosely wound around the support shaft, fixed to the other harness outlet, and taken out. Finally, the upper and lower covers are joined to complete the assembly. Thus, it can be easily assembled to the wire harness. In addition, since the remaining length of the fixed-side wire harness can be stored in the first housing portion of the case, the appearance can be improved, and the wire harness can be attached to the long wire harness at an arbitrary position. (2) When a tensile force acts on the fixture, the tensile force is transmitted to the roller via the tube and the mounting plate fixed to the fixture, and the roller rotates against the urging force of the winding spring to move on the movable side. The wire harness is pulled out of the case together with the tube. When the pulling force is released, the roller rotates in the winding direction by the urging force of the winding spring, and this rotation is transmitted to the mounting fixture via the mounting plate and the tube, and the movable wire harness is wound together with the tube. It is wound around the circumference of the trunk. As described above, since no force is applied to the wire harness in either the case where the movable-side wire harness is pulled out or the case where the movable-side wire harness is wound, each wire of the wire harness receives less stress. (3) Since the mounting plate for assembling the wire harness to the partition plate is a simple component made of a bent plate having a step, it can be manufactured at low cost. Further, since this device is directly assembled to a wire harness routed between a fixed body and a movable body, a connector is not required, and the device can be manufactured at low cost.
[0007]
The invention according to
According to this configuration, the stress applied to the mounting plate, the fixing portion of the tube, and the tube itself is small.
[0008]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the locking hole of the partition plate includes an insertion hole into which the engaging portion of the mounting plate is inserted, and a locking groove continuous with the insertion hole and having a width smaller than the hole diameter. The locking groove portion is provided at a position where the locking groove portion always engages with the engagement portion with respect to the insertion hole portion in both cases of pulling out and winding of the movable-side wire harness. I do.
According to such a configuration, the wire harness does not come off from the partition plate both when the movable wire harness is pulled out and when it is wound.
