The former and the latter prior arts have the following problems, respectively. (1) Each is a winding device for a flat cable, and it is difficult to assemble it into a wire harness composed of a plurality of electric wires (wires having a circular cross section) arranged between a fixed body and a movable body. (2) Each time the flat cable is pulled out of the case or rewound into the case according to the movement of the movable body, a force is applied to the flat cable, and the stress (load) applied to the flat cable is large. There is a risk of doing so. (3) It is necessary to provide connectors at both ends of the flat cable for connecting to other electric wires, and connectors are also required at the other electric wires, and the cost of the flat cable itself is high.
Manufacturing costs increase. (4) The work of assembling the flat cable into the case is complicated. For example, in the latter conventional technique, it is necessary to perform a complicated operation of passing an intermediate point of the flat cable 80 through the opening 84 of the take-up reel 83 and winding one side of the flat cable 80 on the take-up reel 83. The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and the problem is that the wire harness can be easily assembled at an arbitrary position on a long wire harness, the stress of the electric wire is small, and An object of the present invention is to provide a wire harness winding device that can be reliably fixed to a mounting member and that can adjust a direction in which a wire harness is taken out.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electronic apparatus comprising: a case having upper and lower covers; and a space provided between the first and second housing portions in the case. A rotatable roller having a partition plate for partitioning is provided, and a tubular portion of an attachment member passed through a wire harness arranged between a fixed body and a movable body is assembled to a notch provided on an outer peripheral portion of the partition plate, In the wire harness, a flexible tube whose one end is fixed to a mounting member is covered over a predetermined length on a movable-side wire harness extending to the second housing portion side, and the tube is disposed inside the second housing portion. The other end of the wire harness wound around the winding cylinder of the roller extends out of one of two harness outlets provided in the case.
The fixed-side wire harness extending toward the first housing portion is loosely wound in the first housing portion, is fixed to the other of the two harness outlets, extends out from the harness outlet, and further has And a take-up spring that urges the roller in the direction of winding the movable-side wire harness is accommodated, and the pulling force from the movable body is transmitted to the roller via the tube and the mounting member, and the roller acts on the spring force of the take-up spring. What is claimed is: 1. A wire harness take-up device in which a movable-side wire harness is rotated and pulled out, and a fixed-side wire harness, which is drawn out from the tubular portion to a first housing portion side, is wound around a tubular portion of a mounting member by tape winding or the like. The holding plate portion to be fixed is formed integrally. According to such a configuration, (1) when assembling to the wire harness routed between the fixed body and the movable body, first, the roller is rotatably attached to one of the upper and lower covers, and the partition plate is cut out. The roller is rotated until the portion comes to a position facing one of the harness outlets of the case, and the cylindrical portion of the mounting member passed through the wire harness is assembled to the notch while the roller is held at this rotational position. Thereafter, when the roller is released from holding, the roller is rotated in the direction of winding the wire harness by the spring force of the winding spring, so that the tube covering the movable-side wire harness is automatically wound around the outer periphery of the winding drum. Can be Thereafter, the fixed-side wire harness is fixed to the other harness outlet of the case and is taken out. Finally, the upper and lower covers are joined to complete the assembly. As described above, after the tube portion of the mounting member passed through the wire harness is attached to the notch portion and the drawn-out tube is released, the movable-side wire harness is automatically wound together with the tube. It becomes easy to attach. Further, the remaining length of the fixed-side wire harness can be stored in the first housing portion of the case, so that the fixed-side wire harness can be attached to the long wire harness at an arbitrary position. (2) When the tensile force from the movable body is transmitted to the roller via the tube and the mounting member, the roller rotates against the spring force of the winding spring, and the movable wire harness is drawn out of the case together with the tube. Also, when the pulling force is lost, the roller rotates in the winding direction by the spring force of the winding spring, and this rotation is transmitted to the tube through the mounting member, and the movable-side wire harness is transferred to the outer periphery of the winding drum together with the tube. It is wound up. As described above, when the movable-side wire harness is pulled out and wound, the tensile force and the spring force of the winding spring are not applied to the wire harness, and each wire of the wire harness receives less stress. (3) Since the fixed-side wire harness can be fixed to the holding plate portion formed integrally with the cylindrical portion by tape winding or the like, the wire harness can be securely fixed to the mounting member, and the tape winding can be performed, for example, by attaching the wire harness. The take-out direction of the wire harness can be adjusted so that the take-out direction from the member is directed toward the center of the roller to reduce the stress applied to the mounting member. (4) Since it is directly assembled to the wire harness routed between the fixed body and the movable body, a connector is not required, and it can be manufactured at low cost. Furthermore, (5) the movable-side wire harness is protected from each part in the case by the tube and the mounting member.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the notch extends in an L-shape from the outer periphery of the partition plate, and a guide groove inserted along the edge of the L-shaped notch is formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion of the mounting member. The guide groove is formed and inserted straight into the L-shaped notch and shifted laterally, so that the guide groove is prevented from falling off and locked by the straight portion on the back side of the notch. According to this configuration, the guide groove provided on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion of the mounting member is inserted straight into the L-shaped notch and is shifted laterally, so that the guide groove is prevented from falling off to the straight portion on the back side of the notch. As a result, the wire harness can be securely fixed to the partition plate of the roller via the mounting member.

The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that a projection is provided in the vicinity of the notch, and a locking claw that engages with the projection is provided on the cylindrical portion of the mounting member. According to this configuration, when the pulling force from the movable body acts on the mounting member via the tube, the pulling force is reliably transmitted to the roller via the engaging portion between the locking claw and the projection of the mounting member, and When the pulling force is lost, the rotation of the roller rotating in the winding direction by the spring force of the winding spring is transmitted to the tube via the engaging portion between the projection and the locking claw. Therefore, when pulling out and winding up the wire harness, the force applied to the wire harness and the cylindrical portion of the mounting member passing therethrough is reduced.

Next, a procedure for assembling the wire harness winding device having the above structure to the wire harness will be described with reference to FIG. Here, a case will be described in which the wire harness winding device is assembled to a wire harness that is routed between a vehicle body (fixed body) and a door (movable body) of a vehicle such as an automobile. (1) First, the roller 4 having the winding spring 34 housed in the winding cylinder 20 of the roller 4 as described above is rotatable on the lower cover 2 by the bolt 23 and the nut 26 as shown in FIG. Assemble it. In this state, as shown in FIG. 9A, the roller 4 is rotated until the cutout 28 comes to a position facing one harness outlet 10 of the lower cover 2. Here, for example, a rod insertion hole 54 as shown in FIG. 9A is provided in the partition plate 18, a rod 53 is inserted into the hole 54, and the roller 4 is rotated by the rod 53. (2) Here, the roller 4 is held at the rotation position by locking the main body portion 48a of the mounting member 48 to the jig 52, and in this state, the cylindrical portion of the mounting member 39 passed through the wire harness 27. The 40 guide grooves 41 are assembled to the cutouts 28 (see FIG. 9B). At this time, by inserting the guide groove 41 straight into the straight portion 28a on the inlet side of the cutout portion 28 and shifting it laterally, the mounting member 39 is locked and locked to the straight portion 28b on the deep side of the cutout portion 28, The locking claws 40a, 40a are engaged with the projections 43, 43, respectively. Thereafter, when the holding of the roller 4 is released, the take-up spring 3 is released.
The roller 4 rotates in the winding direction (clockwise in FIGS. 1 and 6) by the spring force of the movable wire harness 27a.
Is automatically wound around the outer periphery of the winding drum 20 (see FIG. 9C).

Next, the operation of the wire harness winding device will be described. First, in a state where the movable-side wire harness 27a and the tube 44 placed on the movable-side wire harness 27a are wound in the case 3, when the pulling-out direction acts on the fixture 48 by the opening operation of the door or the like, this is The tensile force is transmitted to the roller 4 via the tube 44 and the mounting member 39, and the roller 4 rotates against the spring force of the winding spring 34, and the movable wire harness 27a is drawn out of the case 3 together with the tube 44. When the pulling force is lost due to the closing operation of the door or the like, the roller 4 rotates in the winding direction by the spring force of the winding spring 34, and this rotation is transmitted to the tube 44 via the mounting member 39, The tube 44 covering the movable-side wire harness 27a is wound around the outer periphery of the winding drum 20. For this reason, when the movable-side wire harness 27a is pulled out and wound, the tensile force and the spring force of the winding spring 34 are not applied to the wire harness 27, and each wire of the wire harness 27 receives less stress. When the roller 4 rotates in the pull-out direction (counterclockwise in FIGS. 1 and 6) against the spring force of the winding spring 34, the fixed-side wire harness 27b
When the roller 4 rotates in the winding direction, the roller 4 moves from the loosely wound state to the loosening direction. In addition, the winding direction of the fixed-side wire harness 27b in the first housing portion 16 may be reversed from the above-described example.

According to the wire harness winding device according to the above-described example, (1) the tubular portion 40 of the mounting member 39 passed through the wire harness 27 is attached to the cutout portion 28 of the partition plate 18, and then the tube 44 drawn out. Release tube 4
Since the movable-side wire harness 27a is automatically wound up together with 4, the assembly to the wire harness 27 is facilitated. Further, the remaining length of the fixed-side wire harness 27b can be stored in the first housing portion 16 of the case 3, so that the fixed-side wire harness 27b can be assembled to the long wire harness 27 at an arbitrary position. (2) When the movable-side wire harness 27a is pulled out and taken up, the tensile force and the spring force of the take-up spring 34 are not applied to the wire harness 27, and each wire of the wire harness 27 receives less stress. Thereby, disconnection of each electric wire is prevented.
(3) Since the fixed-side wire harness 27b can be fixed to the holding plate portion 45 formed integrally with the cylindrical portion 40 with the tape winding 55 or the like, the wire harness 27 can be securely fixed to the mounting member 39 and the tape winding 55 can be fixed. For example, the direction in which the fixed-side wire harness 27b is removed from the mounting member 39 is directed toward the center of the roller 4 so that stress applied to the mounting member 39 is reduced.
The take-out direction of b can be adjusted. (4) Since it is directly assembled to the wire harness 27 routed between the fixed body and the movable body, a connector is not required, and it can be manufactured at low cost. Further, (5) the movable-side wire harness 27a
Are protected from each part in the case 3 by the tube 44 and the mounting member 39.
