FIG. 2 is a side view showing a partially broken end portion of a lead-covered power cable used in an oil well for oil drilling. In the cylindrical portion on the right side of the metal terminal body fitting 1 having the terminal fitting 7 on the left side, for example, a lead-covered power cable provided with the metal tape winding fitting 6 of the interlock armor made of iron tape is inserted. Connected. At this time, 6
The lead-covered power cable that has been subjected to the above is stripped of the metal tape winding device 6, the cable lead-cover 4 and the cable insulator 3 at the end to expose an appropriate length, and the respective cable wires are exposed. The core is electrically and mechanically connected to the terminal fitting 7. Then, a rubber packing 2 is covered around each of the cable insulators 3 for sealing, and a soldering layer 5 is provided between the metal tape winding device 6 and the hem of the cylindrical terminal body fitting 1. It was designed to have a double seal.

In a corrosive environment under high pressure, the sealing property is significantly reduced, water and corrosive substances may infiltrate into the cable lead sheath 4, and the insulation characteristics of the cable insulator 2 may be significantly reduced, resulting in a very long life. It was short.

Since the hem of the terminal body fitting 1 is covered with the end of the cable armor 6 and the soldering layer 5 is formed by soldering this, tension is applied between the terminal body fitting 1 and the cable during handling or operation of the cable. When rubber is added, the sealing property of the rubber packing 2 may be deteriorated.

方法である。[Means for Solving the Problems] In a cable terminal portion having a terminal body metal fitting having a rubber packing which penetrates a cable core, solder is injected into a hem portion of the terminal body metal fitting,
When integrally molding the terminal metal fitting, the lead cover of the cable and the vertical metal wire, the solder contact part at the hem of the terminal body metal fitting is pre-deposited with gold so that a significantly strong seal can be achieved. This is a method of sealing the cable end portion.

When the lead wire of the cable and the metal wire running vertically are integrally molded, a strong sealing layer can be formed and the mechanical strength and sealing performance can be significantly improved. Under high temperature and high pressure such as in an oil well for oil mining. Even when used in the corrosive environment, it is economical because it can prolong its life.

例と同じである。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view showing a partially broken end portion of a lead-covered power cable used in an oil well for oil mining. The same members as those shown in FIG. 2 shown in the prior art will be described with the same reference numerals. That is, a lead-covered power cable provided with a metal tape winding device 6 is connected to the inside of the cylindrical portion on the right side of the metal terminal body fitting 1a having the terminal fitting 7 on the left side. In the lead-covered power cable provided with the tape winding device 6, the connection side end is stripped to expose the cable lead-cover 4 and the cable insulator 3 to an appropriate length, and the ends of the respective cable cores are exposed. The cable conductor is mechanically and electrically connected to the terminal fitting 7 of the terminal body fitting 1a.
At this time, it is the same as in the conventional example that the rubber packing 2 is put between the cable cores around the cable insulator 3 and sealed.

This is to enhance the peel strength from the solder contact portion in the subsequent solder injection. By providing this gold vapor-deposited layer 8, the peeling strength became stronger by 30% or more as compared with the case where it was not provided, and it became possible to significantly improve the sealing performance. Then, the hem 1b of the terminal body fitting 1a is placed on the cable lead cover 4 with a predetermined distance 1 (for example, about 10 mm) from the end of the tape winding device 6 and the metal wire 9 is provided around the periphery.
When the solder 5 is flown inside the metal wire 9 in that state, the hem 1b of the terminal body fitting 1a, the cable lead cover 4, the tape winding device 6 and the metal wire 9 are connected via the solder 5. Since they are integrally and firmly connected, both the sealing performance and the tensile strength are excellent, and the life can be remarkably improved.

The sealability of the hem of the body and the tensile strength of the cable are significantly improved.
Further, since the gold vapor deposition layer is provided in advance on the solder contact portion of the terminal body fitting, the peel strength is significantly improved. Furthermore, since the metal wires are arranged vertically, the tensile strength is improved and the life can be remarkably extended.
It is economically excellent.
