Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 シャシフレームの上部に荷台を傾動自在
に配設し、前記荷台にゲートを開閉自在に設け、前記荷
台の上部にヒンジを介して前記ゲートの上部両端を着脱
自在に連結したダンプ車の荷台のゲート支持装置におい
て、前記荷台の下部に係止体を設け、前記係止体に前記
荷台の上方及び外方に向って開口する切欠部を形成し、
前記ゲートの下部に前記係止体の両側に臨んで互いに平
行な第1及び第2の支持体をそれぞれ設けると共に、前
記第1及び第2の支持体の間に水平方向に沿って前記係
止体の切欠部に係合するロックピンを設け、前記第2の
支持体の側部に板状のゲート保持体を設け、前記ゲート
保持体に前記荷台の内方に向って開口する切欠凹部を形
成し、前記係止体の側方に前記荷台の外方に向って突出
した支軸を設け、前記支軸に前記ロックピンと同軸方向
に前記ゲート保持体の切欠凹部に係脱する係合部を形成
したことを特徴とするダンプ車の荷台のゲート支持装
置。
1. A dump truck in which a loading platform is tiltably disposed on an upper portion of a chassis frame, a gate is provided on the loading platform so as to be openable and closable, and upper and lower ends of the gate are detachably connected to an upper portion of the loading platform via a hinge. In a gate support device for a car bed, a locking body is provided at a lower portion of the cargo bed, and the locking body is formed with notches that open upward and outward of the cargo bed.
First and second supports, which are parallel to each other, are provided in the lower portion of the gate so as to face both sides of the lock, and the lock is horizontally provided between the first and second supports. A lock pin that engages with a cutout portion of the body is provided, a plate-shaped gate holding body is provided on a side portion of the second support body, and a notch concave portion that opens toward the inside of the cargo bed is provided in the gate holding body. An engaging portion formed on a side of the locking body and protruding outward of the luggage carrier, and engaging and disengaging with the notch recess of the gate holding body on the supporting shaft in a direction coaxial with the lock pin. A support device for a gate of a dump truck.
