Abstract

PURPOSE: To wake up earlier in an initial fine shake stage before main shakes and speedily take an evacuating action by sending vibration by a vibration sensor and making the alarm sound transmitting device and emergency lamp operate. CONSTITUTION: The vibration sensor 1 operates in response to the initial fine shake and the emergency lamp 3 with the alarm sound transmitting device 2 operates. In case of an earthquake occurring during a sleep at night, the alarm sound transmitting device 2 accelerates speedy earthquake recognition and even in case of a big earthquake, the emergency lamp 3 automatically illuminates in response to the initial fine shake. When remote control is used, even the aged and persons who are handicapped in seeing and hearing can be prompted to take urgent evacuating actions by wearing bracelet type vibration rings. Consequently, they can wake up earlier in the initial fine shake stage before the main shakes of an abrupt big earthquake and speedily take evacuating actions.
