[Detailed explanation of the invention] In this invention, when a gas leak alarm detects a gas leak, it first issues an alarm within the dwelling unit, and if the gas leak continues, it first sends an alarm to the receiver panel in the central monitoring room, etc. The present invention relates to a centralized monitoring device for a gas leak alarm that outputs a gas leak alarm based on the following information.

In recent years, in view of the scale of damage caused by gas leak accidents in apartment buildings, etc., there has been a movement to legislate the installation of gas leak alarms in an effort to prevent gas leak accidents.

Therefore, it is considered that gas leak alarms should be installed in each residential unit, and when a gas leak is detected, a buzzer will sound the alarm so that appropriate measures can be taken as soon as possible. However, in the case of a gas leak caused by an act of suicide, the gas leak monitoring function cannot be achieved because the power to the alarm is disconnected in the event of a gas leak caused by an act of suicide. A device that centrally monitors gas leak alarms in each dwelling unit using a receiver panel is being considered.

By the way, in order to prevent false alarms caused by gas leaks when turning on or off gas appliances, gas leak alarms currently in practical use detect gas leaks for a predetermined period of time, for example, 20 seconds. , it has a storage function that sounds an alarm and issues an alarm.

Therefore, when centrally monitoring a gas leak alarm device with an accumulation alarm function, in order to prevent false alarms, it is necessary to transmit the output of the accumulation circuit of the gas leak alarm device to the receiver, or to transmit it to the receiver side. It is conceivable to provide the same storage circuit and transmit the detection output of the gas leak alarm as is.

In this type of centralized monitoring system, gas leak alarms are output from the central receiver panel at the same time as gas leak alarms are output from each dwelling unit, and when a gas leak alarm is issued from the receiver panel, the gas company is immediately notified. People begin to make emergency calls to the fire department, etc., and take immediate action.

However, even when residents take appropriate measures to stop the gas leak in response to a warning of a gas leak inside their unit, the central office has already made an emergency contact with the gas company, etc. However, even if the gas leak has been stopped, there is a risk that it will cause a big commotion, seriously impairing the privacy of the unit where the gas leak occurred, and causing residents to have difficulty installing the gas leak alarm system themselves. The problem is that it could lead to backlash.

The present invention was developed in view of the above, and its purpose is to perform appropriate centralized monitoring of gas leaks without taking excessive measures for the living area of each dwelling unit when performing intensive gas leak monitoring. Therefore, when a gas leak is detected, an alarm is first issued within the dwelling unit to have the resident take action, and only when the gas leak continues is a gas leak alarm issued from the central receiver panel. This is what I did.

以下、図面に基づいて本考案を説明する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on the drawings.

As shown in the figure, a gas leak detection section 5, a first storage circuit 6 that outputs a gas leak detection signal when the gas leak detection signal continues for a predetermined time T1 , for example 20 seconds, and a storage circuit 6.
It consists of an alarm device 7 using a buzzer or the like that sounds with the output of the gas leak to notify the residence of a gas leak, and a commercial AC source of 100 V is used as the power source, and the output of the gas leak detector 5 is the normal one. Three types of signal output are generated: 6 volts when a gas leak is detected, 12 volts when a gas leak is detected, and zero volts when the power is disconnected due to suicide or other reasons.

FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of the receiver panel 1 shown in FIG. 1, which is provided with a receiving circuit 8, a second storage circuit 9, and an alarm indicator 10. The receiving circuit 8 determines whether the gas leak alarms 3a, 3b, . and receives a 12 volt signal.
A signal is output to the second storage circuit 9.

The second storage circuit 9 has a storage time ( T 1 + T 2 ) is set, and when the gas leak reception output of the receiving circuit 8 continues for 40 seconds after the alarm is issued in each dwelling unit, an output is generated to the alarm indicator 10 and a buzzer is activated.
A gas leak alarm will be issued using a bell, etc.

That is, according to the embodiment of the present invention having the above-described configuration, for example, when a gas leak occurs in the dwelling unit of the gas leak alarm 3a, the gas leak detection section 5 generates an output of 12 volts, and this output is maintained for a predetermined period of time T1. = If it continues for 20 seconds,
The alarm 7 is sounded by the output of the first storage circuit 6, and first, the gas leak is notified to the inside of the dwelling unit.

On the other hand, the receiving circuit 8 of the receiver panel 1 transmits the gas leak reception signal in response to the output of the transmitting device 4a which is transmitting a signal corresponding to the gas leak detection signal (12 volts) of the gas leak alarm 3a. 2, and the output of the receiving circuit 8 is output for a predetermined time (T 1 +
T 2 ), for example, if it continues for 60 seconds, the alarm indicator 10 is activated to issue a gas leak alarm.

Therefore, the residents of each dwelling unit will be charged 20% from the occurrence of a gas leak.
The center will be notified of a gas leak 60 seconds after the gas leak occurs, and will be given 40 seconds to take action in each unit.If the gas leak is stopped within this time, The alarm is not issued on the receiver panel 1, and when the alarm is issued on the receiver panel 1, it can be determined that it is no longer possible to take measures within the dwelling unit and there is an extremely high possibility that it will lead to a gas leakage accident, and in this case, , emergency notification will be made to the gas company, etc., and appropriate measures will be taken.

FIG. 4 shows a transmitting device 4 used in another embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment described above, the second storage circuit 9 is provided in the receiver panel 1, but as shown in FIG. Thus, the transmitter 4 may be provided in the transmitter 4 provided in each dwelling unit. Note that 11 is a signal discrimination circuit for discriminating the signal from the gas leak detection section 5;
is the transmitting circuit.

As described above, the configuration in which the second storage circuit 9 is provided in the transmitting device 4 is effective when a unique signal system is adopted in which each dwelling unit is individually identified and displayed on the receiver panel 1.

In addition, in this invention, there is a time delay of about 60 seconds before the alarm is issued on the receiver panel 1, but generally,
It is known that the time required for a gas leakage accident to occur is on the order of "hours" rather than "minutes," so the time delay of the present invention poses no problem.

Furthermore, the gas leak detection signal to the receiver panel 1 may be output from the first storage circuit 6. In this case, the time set in the second storage circuit 9 is T2 , for example, T. 2 = 40 seconds.

As explained above, according to the present invention, when a gas leak is detected, an alarm is issued in the dwelling unit after the accumulation time set to prevent false alarms has elapsed, and the resident first makes a self-judgment to detect the gas leak. When a gas leak is still detected after sufficient time has passed for the resident to take action, the gas leak alarm is sent to the central monitoring side for the first time. For gas leaks that can be treated, there is no need to take excessive measures by mobilizing the gas company, fire department, etc. This eliminates the risk of unnecessarily invading the privacy of each residence, and also prevents gas leaks that cannot be dealt with by each residence. Since gas leak alarms are issued centrally, appropriate measures can be taken. In this way, the status of gas leak alarms in each dwelling unit can be appropriately and centrally monitored, increasing residents' confidence in the device. At the same time, it is possible to obtain an effect that is extremely useful for preventing gas leak accidents.
