【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 細巾ベルトコンベヤの各細巾ベルト間下
方に設置された材料受け装置を各細巾ベルトの上面より
若干高い位置となるように上昇させ、シート状材料の搬
入準備を完了させた後、細巾ベルトコンベヤと直交する
搬入方向から細巾ベルトコンベヤ及び材料受け装置上に
シート状材料を所定の長さ搬入し、シート状材料の搬入
が完了した後、細巾ベルトコンベヤの各細巾ベルト間下
方に設置された材料吸着手段を上昇させて、前記搬入さ
れたシート状材料の下面を吸着保持し、細巾ベルトコン
ベヤの側縁部近傍に設置された切断装置によりシート状
材料を定尺切断し、切断終了後、シート状材料を保持し
た材料受け装置及び材料吸着手段をシート状材料が切断
装置の切断刃から離反する方向に若干移動させ、その
後、材料受け装置及び材料吸着手段を細巾ベルトコンベ
ヤの上面から下降させて、定尺切断されたシート状材料
を細巾ベルトコンベヤ上に移載させた後、定尺切断され
たシート状材料を細巾ベルトコンベヤにより次工程へ順
次搬出させることを特徴とするシート状材料の搬送方
法。
