面上で貫通されるのを許容する開口部を形成し、また上
記貯溜槽に液体を供給する給液手段を設けるとともに、
この給液手段から貯溜槽内に供給された液体を上記開口
部から溢れさせ、かつ該貯溜槽内の液面高さを上記容器
搬送面よりも上方位置に維持したことを特徴とする容器
のリーク検査装置(実開平2−48841号公報参照)

器が発泡槽に入る前、または発泡槽上で容器を当接して
容器及び内溶液に衝撃を与え発泡し易い状態を作る衝撃
装置を備えたリーク検査装置における補助発泡装置を提
供することを目的とするものである。

図である。先ず、図1、図2に基づいて全体像を概略説
明すると、炭酸飲料等の発泡性充填液を充填し、かつキ
ャップをキャッピングした容器1を搬送する容器搬送装
置2と、この容器搬送装置2の適宜位置に設けた発泡性
液体を充填した容器1に当接して衝撃を与える衝撃装置
3と、この容器搬送装置2の下方に設けられて液体を貯
留する貯留槽4と、この貯留槽4に設けられて超音波を
発振する超音波発生装置5とを備えたリーク検査装置で
ある。次に、本発明の一実施例を詳細に説明すると、容
器搬送装置2は液充填工程から、液充填済みの発泡性液
体を充填した容器1を搬送するもので、液のレベルチェ
ックを行う漏れ検査工程まで延びている。さらに、本機
フレーム7に装着されたスプロケット間に装架された容
器搬送装置2は、超音波発生装置5を設けた貯留槽4内
を、一対のエンドレスチェーン間に容器搬送用キャリア
を備えたコンベヤ6で、容器1を搬送するようになって
いる。なお、搬送されてくる発泡性液体を充填した容器
1を適当なピッチに割り出すためのスクリューや、超音
波発生装置5及びこの超音波発生装置5を設置した貯留
槽4については、従来公知のものであるので詳細な説明
は省略する。そして、発泡性液体を充填した容器1は、
容器搬送装置2により搬送されるに従って衝撃装置3に
当接し衝撃を与えるようになっている。ここで図3に基
づいて、衝撃装置3の一実施例について詳細に説明す
る。図示のように発泡性液体を充填した容器1の側面等
適宜の周囲から衝撃を与えるように、例えば左右のコン
ベヤ6に交互に少しづつずらして衝撃装置3を並設し
て、各発泡性液体を充填した容器1を左右から交互に何
度か当接するような衝撃を与えて、より発泡し易い状態
にして超音波発生装置5を設置した貯留槽4で超音波振
動により発泡させるものである。これはさらに詳細に説
明すると、左右のコンベヤ6を架設している架設部材8
に、発泡性液体を充填した容器1に当接する、弾性体
(例えば合成樹脂製)の球状の弾打体9を設けた衝撃体
10が、左右に少しづつずらして複数個突出固設された
ものである。また、弾打体9を積極的に往復動させる往
復動装置を設けたものを左右に少しつづずらして複数個
設けたものでも良い。以上のように、この弾打体9は、
当接するような動作により衝撃を与えるものである。以
上説明したものは、発泡性液体を充填した容器の上方に
当接するようにしたものについてであるが、これを発泡
性液体を充填した容器1を下から支えているスライドガ
イド11を容器に衝撃が加わるように上下動して、発泡
し易くすることができる。また、当接すると同じような
作用が起きるように、発泡性液体を充填した容器1の首
部を案内するように、凹凸部を持った弾性体から製作し
たガイド体を、凹凸部が左右少しづつずれるように設け
ることによって、コンベヤ6で搬送される発泡性液体を
充填した容器1をガイド体に当接させて衝撃を与えるも
の等、予め、超音波発生装置5を設置した貯留槽4に入
る前に衝撃を与えるもの、あるいは超音波発生装置5上
で衝撃を与えるものであれば種々設計することができる
ものである。
