DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 36599, there is known a method of exposing a convex metallic luster pattern by a hot stamp foil on the surface of a molding material such as metal or plastics. However,
In addition to the above proposal, in the method using the conventional etching plate, even if it is possible to reveal a bright and delicate glittering pattern of the metal vapor deposition foil, for example, a net-like or linear shape on the surface of the molding material such as plastic It was difficult to reveal a so-called cloth pattern based on the above at a low cost without going through complicated steps. The applicant previously proposed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-52080 a stamped metallic glossy pattern material having one or more recessed bright surface portions formed by a hot stamping method using a stamping tool. However, the present invention has further arrived at a metallic glossy pattern material having a textured pattern and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is characterized in that a surface of a base material made of a molding material such as plastic is engraved with a mesh pattern or a linear cloth pattern having the same or different desired engraving depths. The present invention relates to a glossy pattern material and a manufacturing method thereof.

In order to achieve the above object, the material for engraving a metallic luster pattern of a fabric pattern and the method for producing the same according to the present invention have the following constitutions. (1) A silicone rubber roll made of a heat-insulating elastic body that is used for pressing, is installed at an appropriate interval from the roll, and the interval can be adjusted due to thermal expansion of the silicone rubber roll. It is equipped with an auxiliary roll that connects linked elastic bodies. (2) An endless belt made of a heat-resistant metal material capable of stamping a net-like or linear fabric pattern is stretched between the silicone rubber roll and the auxiliary roll. (3) A plurality of heating heaters are provided on the open upper surface side of the belt stretched. (4) A table for mounting the material to be stamped and a drive mechanism for the hot stamp foil are installed. In the above-mentioned structure, a plurality of heating heaters are installed on the open upper surface side of the traveling belt, and the heating heater is used immediately before or against the material to be molded by the belt made of the embossable stainless steel material. The heating condition is made uniform at the time of cutting to prevent the temperature difference. In addition, a belt made of a heat-resistant metal material capable of embossing a cloth pattern such as a mesh or a linear shape is stretched endlessly, and a curve which could not be revealed by the embossing means composed of the belt made of the heat-resistant metal material. It is possible to form a continuous marking portion having a concave shape. Further, a mechanism for adjusting the variation of the expansion coefficient of the silicone rubber roll pressed by heating at high temperature by linking with the connected elastic body is provided. As mentioned above,
Prevents operational obstacles due to temperature control during stamping of the material to be molded and fluctuations in the expansion coefficient of the silicone rubber roll,
The belt made of a heat-resistant metal material that is also used for stamping is configured in an endless shape, and may be, for example, a flat circular or elliptical molding material, or a three-dimensional structure such as a molded article such as a container. It has a configuration that can handle it. Further, by engraving a metallic pattern engraved with a cloth pattern, it is possible to emboss a mesh pattern having the same or different desired engraving depth on the surface of the base material of the molding material by adjusting the speed of rotation of the belt and the heating temperature. A pattern material and a manufacturing method thereof.
