Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a composite sheet for a building material having excellent heat shielding properties and moisture permeable waterproof function by coating the rear of an aluminum single body with a low melting-point resin in a specific thickness and laminating a sheet, to which a hole having a specific diameter is bored, and a sheet, on which a nonwoven fabric single body is laminated. CONSTITUTION: A composite sheet for a heat-shielding moisture permeable building material is constituted in such a manner that the rear of an aluminum single body 1 is coated with a low melting-point resin 3 in a thickness of 30-250M and a sheet, in which a sheet, to which holes 4 having a bore diameter from 0.001mmϕ to 0.1mmϕand the number of holes from 250000 number/m<2> to 500000 number/m<2> are bored, and a nonwoven fabric single body 2 having vapor permeance of 100g/m<2> 24hr or more measured by JISZ-0208, water resistance of 50Aq-cm or more measured by JISL-1092 and air permeability of 30sec or more measured by JISP-8117 are laminated, is laminated. When the bore diameter of the holes 4 on the aluminum single body 1 side is less than 0.001mmϕ and the number of holes is less than 250000, it is not favorable that steam from the indoor side cannot be discharged to the outside and there is possibility that moisture condensed on the indoor side face of the nonwoven fabric single body 2 drops to the indoor side and a batten is corroded.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a composite sheet for building materials having a heat-shielding property and a moisture-permeable property, and particularly, an excellent nail-driving water leakage preventing property capable of preventing water leakage from the portion after mounting by nailing with a nail. The present invention relates to a composite sheet for a heat and moisture permeable building material, which has an outermost layer of a wall material and can be suitably used as a building material such as a roof substrate.

2. Description of the Related Art As a building material used for the above-mentioned outermost wall materials, roof substratum, etc., (a) a sheet in which a non-woven fabric is impregnated with asphalt, (b) an olefin resin containing a filler, etc. A porous sheet having fine pores obtained by stretching the sheet, and (c) a nonwoven fabric are known. However, although the sheet (a) has excellent waterproofness and water leakage prevention after nailing, it does not have moisture permeability, and therefore has a problem that moisture from the inside is blocked by the sheet and the base plate material is rotted. there were. Regarding the sheet (b) and the non-woven fabric (c), it is possible to satisfy the waterproof property and the moisture permeability by controlling the pore size of the sheet or the non-woven fabric, but the above-mentioned nail-driving leakage prevention property is inferior. In addition, all of them have a problem that they are inferior in heat shielding property for shielding radiant heat of sunlight.

The aluminum alone or the aluminum vapor deposition film 1 is for reflecting heat rays, and when the vapor deposition film is used, the thickness of the aluminum layer is preferably about 100 to 400 angstroms. If the thickness of the aluminum layer is less than 100 angstroms, the heat shielding effect due to heat ray reflection is insufficient, which is not preferable.
Exceeding angstrom is not economically preferable.

If the thickness of the low-melting resin 3 is less than 30 μ, not only the non-woven fabric or the resin-divided woven fabric laminated sheet 2 and the aluminum alone or the aluminum vapor-deposited film 1 are not sufficiently adhered, there is a fear of peeling and also nail holes. It is not preferable because the sealing effect becomes insufficient, and the thickness of the low melting point resin 3 is 250μ.
It is disadvantageous in terms of cost, and economically unfavorable. In addition, the hole diameter of the aluminum 4 or the hole 4 on the aluminum vapor deposition film 1 side exceeds 0.1 mmφ, and the number of holes is 50,000.
If it exceeds 0 pieces / m 2 , the adhesion area between the aluminum single body or the aluminum vapor deposition film 1 and the non-woven fabric or the resin-divided woven fabric laminated sheet 2 decreases, and there is a risk of peeling, which is not preferable. When the hole diameter of the side hole 4 is less than 0.001 mmφ and the number of holes is less than 250,000, water vapor from the indoor side cannot be discharged to the outside, and dew condensation occurs on the indoor side surface of the nonwoven fabric or the resin-woven cloth laminated sheet 2. It is not preferable because water may fall inside the room or the base plate may be spoiled.

Examples of the non-woven fabric used in the present invention include polyethylene-based, polypropylene-based, polyethylene / polypropylene mixed-system, polyethylene terephthalate-based dry or wet type non-woven fabrics, or resin woven fabrics or the like for improving the strength. The sheet 2 obtained by laminating the non-woven fabric alone or the resin-divided woven fabric has a moisture permeability of 100 g / m 2 24 hr or more measured according to JIS Z-0208, and JIS L-1092.
Water resistance of 50 Aq-cm or more, measured by JISP-
The air permeability measured by 8117 must be 30 seconds or more. If the moisture permeability of the sheet 2 formed by laminating a non-woven fabric alone or a resin-woven cloth is less than 100 g / m 2 24 hr and the air permeability is less than 30 seconds, water vapor generated from the room cannot be discharged to the outside, There is a possibility that moisture that has condensed on the indoor side surface of the sheet 2 in which a single piece of non-woven fabric or a laminated resin woven fabric is laminated may drop to the inside of the room or cause the field board to rot.

If the water resistance is less than 50 Aq-cm, a sheet 2 formed by laminating a non-woven fabric alone or a resin-divided woven fabric is used.
Is not preferable because it cannot exert a waterproof function and not only rots the base plate due to rain leakage but also causes water leakage into the room.

As described above, according to the composite sheet for building materials of the present invention, it is excellent in heat shield, heat insulation, moisture permeability, and waterproofness,
It has a good nailing water leakage prevention property and can smoothly discharge water vapor generated from the room, so condensation can form on the boundary between the base plate and the hoofing, and the durability of the house can be greatly improved without damaging the base plate, It can be suitably used as a building material such as an outermost wall material or a roof substrate.
