それが野菜や肉汁等であるので衛生的にもよくない。ま
た、調理中に出来る細かい材料カスの処理も問題で、そ
の都度洗い落とす人、包丁で掻き落とす人等たいへんで
ある。本発明は、この強い要望と問題点を簡単な方法で
解決したものである。以下それを説明すると、厚みのあ
る長方形板の底部にゲタ（１）を設ける。表面の周囲に
傾斜のついたＵ字溝（２）を設ける。Ｕ字溝の一部分に
切り口（３）を設ける。（３）の底部にＶ字の切込み
（４）を設ける。こうすれば、まな板上に貯った水や細
かい材料カスは、このＵ字溝（２）へ掻き落とすことが
でき、切り口（３）及びＶ字の切込み（４）で一箇所に
