First, as shown in FIG. 1, when the first mold 10 and the second mold 20 are open, the skin material H is mounted.
The skin material H is held by known clamping means 70. At this time, the ejector pin 30 and the welding pin 40 are accommodated in the first mold 10. Then, the first mold 10 and the second mold 20 are clamped. At the same time as the mold clamping or at a predetermined time interval, the molten resin J is supplied as shown in FIG.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the mold is clamped and molded. At this time, the first shear edge A prevents resin leakage, and the second shear edge B cuts the skin material H. Since the skin material H is cut at the second shear edge B, an extra end portion of the skin material H remains. As described above, the skin material H and the base material (solidified molten resin) are integrally molded, and the skin material terminal portion of a predetermined length is secured, and the skin material H and the base material (molten resin) other than the terminal portion are secured. And mold.

Next, after the molding process, the second mold 2 is cooled by cooling.
Move 0 to open the mold. Further, the molded product molded in the molding process is pressed into the cavity of the second mold 20. That is, the ejector pin 30 is moved along with the movement of the first mold 10 to leave the molded product in the second mold 20 as it is. As in this example, the ejector pin 3 is moved along with the movement of the second mold 20 by opening the mold.
It is preferable that 0 is projected and the molded product is pressed at the same timing as the mold opening, but it can be moved after the second mold 20 is opened.

Next, a step of arranging the end portion of the skin material on the back side of the molded product, that is, a so-called winding step of the skin material H is performed. That is, the cylinder device 51 is driven to move the slide piece 50b from the state shown in FIG. 4 to the cavity side. As a result, the surplus end portion of the skin material H is wound around the back side of the base material (solidified molten resin) by the slide piece 50b as shown in FIG. At this time, the extended position of the welding pin 40 and the welding pin through hole 55
The slide piece 50b is stopped at a position where the positions are aligned.

As described above, the slide piece 50b is provided with the welding pin through hole 55. In order to enable the slide piece 50b to move to the cavity k side, first, the slide piece 50a is formed as shown in FIG. The state moves from the state to the outside as shown in FIG. Then, the slide piece 50b moves to the position of the welding pin 40.
