Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a drainage joint pipe used in a drainage pipe system of a high-rise building, for example, a breakage of trap sealing water in a drainage device due to an increase in pressure in the drainage pipe. This is intended to prevent the above problems.

(Prior Art) As a drainage pipe for drainage, there is one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 58-120018. This is because the upper and lower ends are openings for connecting the vertical drainage pipe, and an enlarged portion that is larger than the vertical drainage pipe is provided between the upper and lower openings. An inclined portion that gradually shifts inward in the radial direction is provided, and a blade for swirling the flow-down drainage is provided in this inclined portion. Then, a drift guide is provided inside the enlarging portion to cause the downflow drainage to flow to one side of the enlarging portion. As a result, the flow-down drainage is deflected and guided by the blades to swirl and flow down along the inner peripheral surface of the drainage pipe, thereby forming an air core that penetrates vertically along the pipe axis center of the drainage pipe. It prevents the pressure from rising. Further, by providing the blade on the lower inclined portion of the enlarged portion, the blade does not narrow the drainage flow passage, and the drainage blocks the pipe passage and prevents the pressure inside the pipe from rising.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) In the conventional one, since the uneven flow guide is provided inside the enlarged portion, if the up / down dimension of the enlarged portion is small and the drainage descent distance is small, the drainage is sufficiently deflected to one side. Cannot be guided to the swirl imparting blade. As a result, the enormous part was enlarged and wasted. In addition, the drainage water from the lateral branch pipe connected to the enlarging part collides with the non-uniform flow guide and flows back, which pollutes the sealed water trap and causes an offensive odor.

本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とする。 The present invention aims to solve the above problems.

(Means for Solving Problems) A feature of the present invention for solving the problems of the conventional technique is that the upper and lower ends have connection openings 2 for the vertical drain pipe 1,
3, a bulging portion 5 which is bulged more than the standing drainage pipe 1 is provided between the upper and lower openings 2 and 3, and a drainage joint pipe in which wing 9 is provided in the bulging portion 5 In the above, a tubular non-uniform flow guide 6 is provided between the upper opening 2 and the swelling part 5 for diverting the flow-down drainage to one side of the swelling part 5. The tubular non-uniform flow guide 6 has its lower end. Is connected to a top plate portion 5B that closes the upper portion of the enlarged portion 5, and
The point is that the inclined pipe portion 6A inclined to one side of the enlarged portion 5 is formed of a pipe member provided above the top plate portion 5B.

(Operation) Before flowing into the swelling part 5, the downflow drainage is caused by the sloping guide 6 composed of a pipe member having a sloped pipe part 6A inclined to one side of the swelling part 5 above the point plate part 5B. Since the swollen portion is biased to one side of the swollen portion, the drainage is surely guided by the blades 9 to be swirled regardless of the vertical dimension of the swollen portion.

In addition, since the lower end of the drift guide 6 made of a pipe member having the inclined pipe portion 6 is connected to the top plate portion 5B that closes the upper portion of the enlarged portion 5, an enormous flow guide 6 is provided. The internal space of the part 5 is not invaded.

Between the upper and lower openings 2 and 3, there is an enlarged portion 5 which is larger than the vertical drainage pipe 1. The enlarged portion 5 is formed by closing the upper end of a cylindrical outer peripheral portion 5A with a flat plate-shaped top plate portion 5B, and the pipe axis thereof and the pipe axis of the vertical drain pipe 1 are aligned. The lower portion of the enlarged portion 5 is an inclined portion 8 that gradually shifts inward in the radial direction as it goes downward. The inclined portion 8 is provided with a blade 9 for swirling the flow-down drainage.

Between the upper opening 2 and the bulging portion 5, a tubular drift guide 6 for diverting the flow-down drainage to one side of the bulging portion 5.
It has been. The tube axis of the tubular flow guide 6 is inclined so that the upper side thereof coincides with the tube axis of the standing tube 1 and the lower side thereof gradually shifts to one side as it goes downward. Then, the tubular drift guide 6 is a top plate portion that closes the upper part of the enlarged portion 5 with the inclined pipe portion 6A that is inclined to one side of the enlarged portion 5.
It is composed of a pipe member provided higher than 5B, and the lower end of the drift guide 6 is connected to the top plate portion 5B. As a result, the connection port 7 between the drift guide 6 and the enlarged portion 5 is formed.
Is biased to one side with respect to the opening portions 2 and 3 for connection with the standing drainage pipe 1, and the inclined portion 8 provided with the blade 9 is located below the connection port 7. Has been done.

According to the above configuration, the drainage is diverted to one side of the enlarged portion 5 by the uneven flow guide 6 and then flows into the enlarged portion 5 as shown by the arrow in FIG. Then, it becomes a swirling flow and flows down. As a result, the drainage flows down along the inner wall of the pipe, and an air core is formed vertically through the portion along the pipe axis to form a ventilation layer, and the rise in the pipe internal pressure due to the drainage blocking the pipe and flowing down. There is no problem such as breaking the water trap of the drainage device. Before the drainage flows into the bulging portion 5, the effluent is diverted to one side of the bulging portion 5 by the diverging guide 6, and the blades 9 are located below the connection port 7 between the diverging guide 6 and the bulging portion 5. Thereby, even if the vertical dimension of the enlarged portion 5 is as short as possible, the drainage can be reliably guided to the blade 9.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the drainage joint pipe of the present invention, drainage is biased to one side by the biased flow guide before flowing into the ampulla, and the vertical dimension of the ampulla is made as small as possible. Can be surely guided to the blades to form a swirling flow, and it is possible to reliably prevent an increase in the pressure in the drain pipe without using useless materials. Further, the drainage from the lateral branch pipe connected to the enlarged portion does not collide with the non-uniform flow guide and does not flow backward, and the drainage trap is not contaminated.

Since the uneven flow guide 6 is located above the top plate portion 5B, the internal space of the enlarged portion 5 is not invaded by the uneven flow guide 6, and thus the water collecting capacity of the enlarged portion 5 is not reduced. A joint pipe that can reliably generate a swirling flow can be obtained.
