(Prior art) Fig. 5 shows a drainage joint pipe according to a conventional example.
The upper and lower ends have openings 2' and 3' for connection to the vertical drainage pipe 1'.
The main body 6' is in the form of a straight pipe having the same diameter as the vertical drainage pipe 1'. A connecting pipe 7' is connected to the side wall of the main body 6'. A ventilation pipe 4' whose tip is open to the atmosphere is connected to this connecting pipe 7'. Thereby, an increase in the internal pressure of the drain pipe due to the drainage flowing down over the entire cross section of the pipe is prevented by letting the air in the drain pipe escape through the ventilation pipe 4'.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above conventional system, the opening 8' that communicates the ventilation pipe 4' and the joint pipe main body 6' is flush with the inner surface of the vertical drain pipe 1', so the downstream drainage There is a possibility that the water becomes like a water film and blocks the opening 8', and the internal pressure of the drain pipe increases. In this case, a problem arises when the water seal trap of the toilet or other drainage equipment connected to the drain pipe is broken.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The feature of the present invention in order to solve the problems of the prior art is that the upper and lower ends have openings 2 and 3 for connection with the vertical and drain pipes 1. In a drainage joint pipe to which a ventilation pipe 4 whose tip is open to the atmosphere is connected, a bulge protruding radially outward from the vertical drainage pipe 1 between the upper and lower openings 2 and 3. A portion 5 is formed, and the vent pipe 4 is connected to this bulged portion 5 in a state of protruding diagonally upward.

(Function) Since the bulging part 5 of the joint pipe to which the ventilation pipe 4 is connected projects radially outward from the vertical drainage pipe 1, the ventilation pipe 4
The opening 8 that communicates with the bulging portion 5 is located radially outward from the inner surface of the vertical drainage pipe 1, and is not blocked by downstream drainage.

In addition, since the ventilation pipe 4 is connected to the bulge 5 in a state that projects diagonally upward, even if drainage water is scattered at the connection opening of the ventilation pipe 4, it will flow inside the joint pipe body along the inner surface of the opening. Solids contained in the wastewater do not flow down and accumulate on the inner surface of the opening.

(Example) The drainage joint pipe shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has openings 2 and 3 for connection with the vertical drainage pipe 1 at the upper and lower ends. The joint pipe body 6 between the upper and lower openings 2 and 3
has a cylindrical shape with a diameter larger than that of the vertical drainage pipe 1, thereby forming a bulging portion 5 that projects radially outward from the vertical drainage pipe 1.

Reference numeral 7 denotes a connecting pipe that projects upward from the upper wall 9 of the bulging portion 5 . The ventilation pipe 4 is connected to this connecting pipe 7. As a result, the opening 8 that communicates the ventilation pipe 4 and the joint pipe main body 6 is located in the bulge 5 . Note that the tip of the ventilation pipe 4 opens into the atmosphere on the roof of a building or the like. Further, a lateral branch pipe (not shown) is connected to the joint pipe main body 6 as appropriate.
Drainage water from a drainage device such as a toilet connected to the connecting pipe via a water seal trap flows into the joint pipe main body 6.

According to the above configuration, since the opening 8 that communicates the ventilation pipe 4 and the joint pipe main body 6 is located in the radially outer bulge 5 of the vertical drainage pipe 1, The drainage water flowing in will not block the opening 8. As a result, the air inside the pipe escapes into the atmosphere through the ventilation pipe 4, thereby preventing an increase in the pressure inside the pipe due to the flow of waste water.

Moreover, even if the drainage water is scattered in the opening 8, the drainage water flows down into the joint pipe main body 6 along the inner surface of the opening,
Solids contained in the wastewater do not accumulate on the inner surface of the opening, and communication with the atmosphere is not blocked even after many years of use.

3 and 4 relate to different embodiments, and the difference from the above embodiment is that first, in the upper part of the bulging portion 5,
The point is that a deflection guide 10 is provided which deflects the flowing wastewater to one side (to the left in FIG. 3). This drift guide 10 is plate-shaped, and as it goes downward,
It is inclined toward the direction of the drifting flow, and a notch 11 is formed from the center thereof to the direction of the drifting flow. Further, an opening 13 for connection with a horizontal branch pipe 12 is formed in the bulging portion 5 at a position below the deflection guide 10 in a direction perpendicular to a direction opposite to the direction of the drainage deflection by the deflection guide 10. In the lower part of the bulging portion 5, vanes 14 are formed for swirling the waste water. Further, the bulging portion 5 is constructed by connecting two upper and lower members 5a and 5b. The other configurations are similar to those of the above embodiment and are designated by the same reference numerals.

Note that the position where the ventilation pipe 4 is connected is not limited to the above embodiment, and may be any position in the bulge 5 where the opening 8 is not blocked by flowing drainage. In addition, the bulging portion 5,
The diameter of the entire area between the upper and lower openings 2 and 3 is not limited to large, and the joint pipe main body 6 may bulge out to one side. It is fine as long as it bulges out in the opposite direction.

(Effect of the invention) According to the joint pipe according to the present invention, the ventilation pipe is connected to the bulge that projects radially outward from the vertical drainage pipe, so that the opening that communicates the ventilation pipe and the joint pipe is connected to the drainage pipe. This prevents the pipe from being blocked by a water film, and does not interfere with the mechanism for preventing an increase in pressure inside the pipe as the wastewater flows down.

In addition, since the ventilation pipe is connected to the bulge in a state that protrudes diagonally upward, even if drainage water is scattered at the connection opening of the ventilation pipe, it will flow down into the joint pipe body along the inner surface of the opening, and the drainage will be carried out. The solids contained therein do not accumulate on the inner surface of the opening, and communication with the atmosphere is not blocked even after many years of use.
