Description of the Related Art A method of applying a waterproof coating is widely used as a waterproofing method for the concrete surface of roofs and walls of structures such as houses, shops, factories, warehouses, etc. Since the coating film cannot sufficiently follow the cracks, etc., the coating film cracks, and before the coating film is completely hardened immediately after coating, the water contained in the substrate evaporates and expands at elevated temperature. Therefore, there is a problem that foaming cracks occur everywhere in the coating film, and the waterproof effect by applying the waterproof coating cannot be maintained for a long time.

The sealer is applied to the entire surface of the base material. The sealer is applied by brush coating, roller coating spray coating, or the like. The sealer may be appropriately selected and used from those known in the art depending on the type of the base material, the type of waterproof coating, etc., but the following commercially available solvent type sealers are particularly preferable. Included: "Concoat Sealer" (manufactured by Daiyu Paint Co., Ltd.), "Kaseira S" (manufactured by Kanae Kagaku Co., Ltd.), "Pulflon Primer" (manufactured by Nippon Special Paint Co., Ltd.), and "Polyflex PR" (Daiichi Kogyo Seiyaku Co., Ltd.) (Made by the company). The coating thickness of the sealer is not particularly limited, but it is generally 0.005 to 0.1 mm,
It is preferably 0.010 to 0.05 mm.

The form of sticking the adhesive sheet (1) in a separate manner is not particularly limited, but usually, the sticking sheets are stuck in parallel as shown in FIG. 1 or are stuck in a matrix form as shown in FIG. Let The form and size of the adhesive sheet (1) are
It may be appropriately selected in consideration of the waterproofing construction area and construction place, the state of the base material, the type of sealer, the type of waterproof paint, the coating film thickness, etc., but it is not particularly limited. The purpose is to prevent the coating film from cracking by forming a local non-adhesive region in the waterproof coating film. Therefore, if the area of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (1) is too small, it is difficult to obtain such effects, and conversely, if the area of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (1) is too large, poor adhesion between the waterproof coating film and the substrate occurs. However, peeling and tensile deformation of the coating film are likely to occur.

As a result, gas such as air and water vapor existing under the waterproof coating film on the entire waterproof coating area can be smoothly circulated. Such a circulating gas is exhausted from the deaeration holes (3) appropriately arranged at the peripheral edge of the waterproof coating area. Also,
The repaired crack (shown by the dotted line in FIGS. 1 and 2) should be covered with the adhesive sheet (1) or the adhesive sheet pieces (2a) and (2b). It is preferable to allow a large amount of gas such as air and water vapor to efficiently flow and to allow the free coating film to sufficiently follow the cracks. Since gas such as air and water vapor existing in the area where the sealer-coated surface and the waterproof coating are directly adhered to each other moves to the low-pressure adhesive sheet adhering area adjacent to the adhered area, the coating film is also applied in the adhered area. It does not cause foam damage or the like.

As the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet piece, a single-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet "VP-10" manufactured by Apex Co. was used. In addition, a deaeration hole (3) was provided in the peripheral portion of the roof. Next, the elastic water-based paint "Helly roof" was applied to the entire rooftop (application thickness: 2 mm), and after drying, the waterproof topcoat paint "Deck Top" was applied (application thickness: 0.015 mm). After 2 years, no crack or foam damage was observed in the waterproof coating film.

Gases such as air and water vapor present in the area where the coating surface and the waterproof coating are in direct contact can be moved to the low pressure adhesive sheet adhering area adjacent to the contact area and discharged out of the system. No foam breakage of the membrane occurs. Further, in the area where the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is attached, the waterproof coating is not completely adhered and is in a free state, so that even if cracks etc. occur in the substrate, the coating as a whole can sufficiently follow this. Therefore, the coating film cracks do not occur (for example, in the case of the conventional method, when a crack having a width of about 0.5 mm occurs in the base material, the coating film cracks accompany the elastic paint,
In the case of the present invention, even if a crack having a width of 5 to 15 mm is generated, the waterproof coating film is not cracked. Further, the water contained in the base material is vaporized and expanded at a raised temperature. However, since it is buffered in the voids limited by the ground plane and the waterproof coating in the adhesive sheet adhering region, foaming damage of the coating does not occur.
