Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a partition wall for partitioning the inside of a building has generally been constructed by building steel studs or wooden studs as a base material and attaching an outer surface material to this. FIG. 7 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the structure of a conventional partition wall. A runner 5 having a U-shaped cross section is fixed to the ceiling surface 1 and the floor surface 3 so as to face each other, and a stud (or a stud, hereinafter referred to as a "stud") 7 having upper and lower ends sandwiched in the runner 5 is fixed to the runner 5. It is built at a fixed pitch. A spacer 9, for example, is attached to the stud 7, and the spacer 9 serves as a holding means for the board 11 which is an outer surface material. The board 11 is made of non-combustible material such as slate or gypsum board, if necessary. Further, conventionally, a fireproof partition wall or a sound insulation partition wall is constructed by increasing the space width between the boards 11 or by inserting a heat insulating material such as rock wool or glass wool or a sound absorbing material into the internal space. It was

The studs 7 were attached at regular intervals to attach the boards 11. However, mounting a plurality of studs 7 at regular intervals requires a large amount of manpower and time for marking out, mounting and the like, which is a factor of lowering the construction efficiency. Moreover, since the boards 11 are attached with tapping screws or the like after the studs 7 have been built at regular intervals, the installation work of the studs 7 and the installation work of the board 11 are separated, which also causes a decrease in construction efficiency. . Further, in the conventional partition wall, since the boards 11 are attached to both surfaces with the studs 7 interposed therebetween, the studs 7 cause heat and sound to be transmitted, and there is a problem that fire resistance and sound insulation are deteriorated. The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and it becomes unnecessary to use studs, and it becomes possible to construct a partition wall in which outer surface materials on both sides are not in contact with each other through the studs, a wall material and a partition wall using the same. In addition, the purpose of the invention is to provide a construction method therefor, thereby improving workability, fire resistance, and sound insulation.

It is characterized by comprising a plate material having a substantially corrugated cross-section. Further, the wall material may be characterized in that an outer surface material is attached to the flat surface portion of the ribbed wall material according to claim 1 so as to straddle the rib portion. Also,
The partition wall according to the present invention is characterized in that the pair of wall members according to claim 2 are fixed in parallel with each other with the rib portions inside and a gap is provided, and the heat insulating material is inserted into the gap. To do. Furthermore, this partition wall has two rows of runners attached in parallel to at least one of the ceiling and floor, and the edge of the ribbed wall material is fixed to each of these two rows of runners, and a heat insulating material is inserted in the gap. After that, it is preferable to install the outer surface material on the flat surface portion of the fixed ribbed wall material for construction.

In the wall material, the outer surface material can be attached to the flat surface portion of the ribbed wall material, which improves the workability and the finishability. In the partition wall, since the wall materials are provided with a gap and the outer surface materials do not contact each other through the studs, heat and sound do not propagate through the studs, and fire resistance and sound insulation are improved. In the partition wall construction method, by positioning only the runner, the ribbed wall material can be attached, the heat insulating material can be inserted, and the outer surface material can be attached in a procedural manner in units of appropriate weight. Since it can be attached with an adhesive, screwing work is unnecessary and the work can be facilitated.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a wall material according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the ribbed wall material 21 is used as a base material that replaces the studs. The ribbed wall member 21 is a plate member having a substantially corrugated cross-sectional shape in which flat portions 21a and curved rib portions 21b are alternately formed. This ribbed wall material 2
1 is used so that the longitudinal direction of the rib portion 21b is the vertical direction. The flat surface portion 21a serves as a mounting surface for the outer surface material. The ribbed wall member 21 has increased rigidity by providing the rib portions 21b at regular intervals, and can stand alone. As the material of the ribbed wall material 21, a ceramic material such as a slate, a resin plate, a steel plate, or the like is selected and used depending on the application.

In addition to being used for construction, it can also be used for, for example, an inner wall. FIG. 5 is a vertical sectional view of the inner wall using the wall material, and FIG. 6 is a horizontal sectional view of the inner wall using the wall material. For example, in the case where the outer wall 37 made of ALC is attached, the runner 29 is attached to the beam in parallel with the outer wall 37 at a position where the inner wall 39 is constructed with the inner space 33 in which the heat insulating material 31 is inserted. However, in this case, unlike the partition wall 27 described above, the number of runners 29 is one.

It becomes a material, and studs can be eliminated. And
According to the wall material, since the outer surface material can be attached to the flat surface portion of the ribbed wall material with an adhesive, workability and finishability can be improved. Further, according to the partition wall, since the wall material is configured to be provided with a gap therebetween, it is possible to block the propagation of heat and sound without the outer surface materials coming into contact with each other via the stud unlike the conventional case. Fire resistance and sound insulation can be remarkably improved. Further, according to the partition wall construction method, by positioning only the runner, the ribbed wall material can be attached, the heat insulating material can be sandwiched, and the outer surface material can be attached in a procedural manner in units of appropriate weights. Since the outer surface material can be attached with an adhesive, workability can be significantly improved.
