【実施例】以下、図面を基に、本発明の実施例について
説明する。図1は本発明の実施例の側面図、図2は本発
明の実施例の正面図である。図において、1は自動車車
体を跨ぐように門型状に形成した洗車機本体で、正転逆
転可能な電動機4,4により、車輪2,2を回転駆動し
て、レール3,3に沿って往復走行する。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 門型に形成された洗車機本体内に、ブラ
シ,散水ノズル,ブロア等の洗車処理装置を備え、洗車
機本体または自動車の走行に伴い、自動車車体の洗浄,
乾燥等の処理を行う洗車機において、洗車機本体と別体
に、洗車機の走行距離を測定する基準となる固定部を設
け、洗車機本体には、前記固定部との距離を測定する手
段を設けて、洗車機本体と固定部との距離を測定するこ
とにより、洗車機の走行位置を検出することを特徴とす
る洗車機。
