Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily absorb thermal expansion and contraction to cope with the dispersion of clearance between panels by a method wherein a bellows- shaped barrier which is provided between shaped joint locking members attached beforehand to the ends of the panels is watertightly mounted to the rear side of a gap between the parallelly provided exterior wall panels and a shaped joint material is mounted to the joint locking member on the front surface side of the gap. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive 41 is applied to the rear surface of a vertical piece 112 of a shaped joint locking member 1 or to an end surface (b) of a panel. Next, the piece 112 is brought into contact with the end surface (b) and a horizontal piece 111 is brought into contact with a rear surface end of the panel, following which the piece 111 is fixed to the rear surface end of the panel by means of screws or nails. And a pressure sensitive adhesive 42 is filled into a groove 12 of the member 1. And the panels (a) are nailed parallelly on an external wall foundation so as to be spaced from each other. And thereafter an end 22 of a barrier 2 is inserted into the groove 12. Further an anchor 32 of a joint material 3 is locked on a hook 113. Thus a joint treatment can be applied to the connection of the panels (a) at high work efficiency.

2. Description of the Related Art When an outer wall of a building is constructed by tensioning panels, a clearance must be provided between the panels in order to absorb thermal expansion and contraction of the panels, and rainwater can be prevented from entering through this clearance. Therefore, it is necessary to treat the gap between the panels with a joint material. This joint structure can be roughly classified into one in which an irregular sealing agent, so-called waterproof putty is filled in the gap between the panels, and one in which a molding seal material is mounted in the gap between the panels.

On the other hand, in the joint structure in which the gap between the panels is filled with the above-mentioned molded seal material, the work is easy, but due to an error in the clearance between the panels due to the construction method, the legs are locked and fixed. May not be possible (if the clearance is too wide), or the molding sheet may shrink due to thermal expansion / contraction of the panel.
Since the legs of the seal material are repeatedly compressed, there is a risk of premature damage to the molded seal material. Further, when the molding seal material is inserted into the joint, the molding seal material may be pushed too much, and the work of re-mounting may have to be performed, which often results in waste of work time.

[Function] Even if the outer wall panel is thermally expanded or contracted, the bellows type barrier 2 expands and contracts with a low stress, so that the molded joint locking member 1 is formed.
It is possible to substantially prevent the action of thermal expansion / contraction force on the binding portion between the adhesive filling groove portion 12 and the bellows type barrier 2, and to stably maintain the watertightness of the binding portion due to the adhesive. Further, even if the clearance between the panels varies due to an error in construction, the bellows type barrier 2 can be expanded or contracted with a low stress to match the clearance. In this case also, the molding joint locking member 1 It is possible to almost eliminate the effect of the stress on the binding portion between the adhesive filling groove portion 12 and the bellows type barrier 2, and to stably maintain the watertightness of the binding portion by the adhesive 42.

The molded joint material 3 covers the bellows type barrier 2 in a state of being locked to the molded joint locking members 1 and 1, and the panel due to thermal expansion / contraction of the outer wall panel or an error in the construction. The molded joint material 3 can be sufficiently retained by the molded joint locking members 1 and 1 even if there is variation in clearance between the bellows type barrier 2 and the bellows type barrier 2 such as a flying object such as a pebble. Thus, the watertightness guarantee by the bellows type barrier 2 can be surely maintained in order to cope with the variation in the clearance between the panels due to the thermal expansion / contraction of the outer wall panel and the error in the building method.

Under the variation in the clearance between the panels due to the thermal expansion / contraction of the outer wall panel and the error in the way of building, it is expected that the molding joint material 3 is watertight (prevents rainwater from entering the gap between the panels). Although it is impossible, if only the mechanical protection of the bellows type barrier 2 by securing and fixing the molding joint material 3 can be secured, the water tightness of the gap between the panels can be achieved by ensuring the water tightness of the bellows type barrier 2. it can.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The joint structure of the outer wall panel according to the present invention is configured as described above, and it is possible to favorably absorb the thermal expansion and contraction of the outer wall panel, and the variation in the clearance between the outer wall panels depending on the construction method. Can be dealt with without any problems. Moreover, by attaching the molding joint locking member to the panel end at the factory before shipping the panel, the work at the site can be done only by installing the bellows type barrier which is the molding material and the molding joint material. The work is easy because it can be stopped. Therefore, according to the present invention, the joint portion of the outer wall panel can be joint-treated with excellent reliability and workability.
