Abstract

PURPOSE: To smooth the back of a carpet by equalizing intervals of grounding projections of loop yarn in each warp group without causing roughness and fineness and eliminating bulk caused by unevenness of the ground projections. CONSTITUTION: In a carpet in which a yarn feeder of a warp group including loop yarn is controlled by a jacquard weaving machine, etc., loops are formed by loop yarns without using a wire, plural loop yarns 3a and 3b are arranged along a core warp 4 in each warp group A, an over shed and an under shed are controlled so as to form at least one grounding projection 3" of loop yarn in each warp group in one weave texture into which weft B is inserted. Consequently, intervals of grounding projections formed on a face to be the back of the carpet are equalized without causing roughness and fineness.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention uses a jacquard loom, for example, to form a warp group containing trap yarns at the upper end thereof.
A carpet in which a loop of loops is formed on one side of a fabric composed of warp yarns and weft yarns without using a wire by controlling the lower end and forming a loop on the back face of the fabric by driving a sley. By improving the setting positions of the upper and lower openings of the multiple trapezoid yarns distributed in the group, the unevenness of the grounding protrusions of the trapezoid yarns formed on the back surface is averaged compared to the conventional carpet of this type. It is something that is done.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventional carpets of this type include Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-47430 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-27397, which were filed by the present applicant. In the former, one trap yarn arranged in each warp group is alternately moved up and down between two adjacent warp groups, and alternately for each warp group on a woven surface having a lower mouth as a surface. To form a loop.

On the other hand, in the latter, the upper and lower positions of the yarn openings are alternately repeated between two adjoining warp groups or between three adjoining warp groups, and a loop forming interval of each trap yarn is provided. In this way, loops having different heights are repeatedly formed in one loop yarn to eliminate the simplicity of the uniform pile surface of the former carpet.

The carpet of the prior application woven as described above has a weft of the next weave with a loop formed when a warp is passed through each warp group to form a pile fabric. On the upper side, a non-penetration point where the trap yarn of the adjacent warp group is not inserted into the upper mouth is formed. Therefore, on the surface of the woven fabric, which is the back surface when the carpet is used, there are coarse and close intervals between the ground protrusions of the trapezoidal yarns protruding by the insertion of the weft yarns, and the ground protrusions are unevenly formed at each loop forming position of each warp group. And, in the place where the space between the ground protrusions of the trapezoid is narrow, the protrusions are gathered in the warp direction and the weft direction to form a lump, and in the place where the space is wide, it becomes a dent to make the back surface of the carpet uneven, which causes unevenness. there were.

Since the load concentrates when the carpet is used, the grounding protrusions of the above-mentioned trapping yarn must be distributed as much as possible. In addition, if there are a portion where the density of the grounding projections is remarkably high and a portion where the density is remarkably low, the back surface becomes less familiar when laying on the floor surface, so that the amount of adhesive used in the case of bonding work increases. In addition, the unevenness of the back surface may affect the surface of the carpet, causing the loop to be crushed or causing unevenness on the surface.

For this purpose, for example, in a carpet of this kind in which a jacquard loom is used to weave a carpet having loops without using wires, the trapezoid yarns in each warp group are formed by inserting weft yarns. The spacing of the grounding protrusions is not dense in both the warp direction and the weft direction,
It has been a problem to be solved to eliminate noticeable unevenness on the entire back surface and to smooth the back surface of the carpet.
