利用され季節に応じて調湿、断熱、換気等の利点が有る
が施工する人が少なく高価で家のコストを上げる為一般
的な住宅に使用しにくい、さらに高層住宅では当然コン
クリート壁となるが、これは暖まりにくく冷めにくい事
より外気温度の影響を受けやすくコントロールしにくい
問題点があった。本発明は、上記問題を解決しさらに高
価だが性能の良い土壁以上の効果を持ち安価な炭を利用

等の特性を有効に活用できることで、室内の居住性が向
上する、さらに家の壁内に溜まる水蒸気で起きる不具合
の結露さらに、この結露が引き金になり発生するカビに
より床材、構造材等が腐敗し家の寿命を大幅に短縮す
る、炭を混ぜる事でこれらの不具合を防げる、さらに従
来壁内で通気のできなかった構造材と内壁材の合わせ面
も内壁材自体の通気性、殺菌性、調湿性、等の特性によ
り前記不具合を解消することができる。さらに、内壁材
の材料に水分を含ませた物と炭を練り合わせた物を加圧
成型する事で炭の持つ微小気泡に水に溶け込んだ石膏水
が入り込み、炭の持つ通気性、調湿性と言った特性を損
なう事なく成型することで、より炭の効果を発揮でき
る。また石膏より軽い炭を混ぜる事により、内壁材自体
