る。更に、シート表面に凹凸をつけることで、揉み手、
攪拌手との接触による揉み効果をより高め、かつ水洗い
による腐食、老化を防止し、耐摩耗性、耐腐食性が向上
し、交換の手間もかからなくなる。また、一枚のシート
で構成しているため、帯板を使用した場合のような隙間
ができず、茶葉、茶しぶの侵入に起因する帯板の剥離と
いった問題は起らない。

すればよく、全体を交換する必要がないから、極めて経
