Next, the operation and effect of the embodiment having the above-mentioned structure will be described. In this example, a core body 1 made of an inorganic fiber board is used as an exterior plate 2 made of a thin metal plate material.
And a back cover plate 3 formed of a perforated metal sheet material, and the exterior plate 2 is sandwiched between the core 1 and a thin sound insulation plate 4 having sound insulation and nonflammability. A front plate portion 5 vertically installed on the front side of the core body 1, a pair of left and right side plate portions 6 superposed on the left and right side surfaces of the core body 1, and near the left and right side edges of the back surface of the core body 1. A pair of left and right back plate portions 7 that are superimposed on each other, and a pair of left and right latching edges 8 that are connected to the two back plate portions 7 at right angles to each other and that are vertically installed in the core body 1 are provided. The back cover plate 3 is formed with an attachment plate portion 9 that is superimposed on a portion of the back surface of the core body 1 excluding the vicinity of the left and right side edges.
A rear edge portion 10a which is connected to both side edges of the attachment plate portion 9 so as to protrude to the front side and is installed inside the hooking edge 8 with a gap in parallel with the hooking edge 8; It has a front edge 10b which is connected to the leading edge of the edge 10a in a state of being protruded outwardly, pressed against the tip of the latching edge 8, and installed in a state orthogonal to the latching edge. Then, a pair of left and right hooked edges 10 hooked on the hooking edge 8 is formed, and a projecting portion 20 protruding outward is formed on one side plate portion 6 along the vertical direction. A groove 21 having a shape capable of fitting with the projection 20 is formed in the other side plate 6 along the vertical direction,
Two adjacent outer wall panels P, which are erected adjacent to each other, are fitted with the convex portion 20 of one outer wall panel P and the groove portion 21 of the other outer wall panel, and the convex portion 20 is attached to the bottom surface of the groove portion 21. The pair of connecting fittings 12 which are connected to the belt sealer 22 in a state of being pressed against the belt sealer 22 and are respectively engaged with the outer wall panels P and installed adjacent to the back side of the connection portion of the outer wall panels P are provided behind the side plate section 6. A base 14 erected in series with the base 1
A laterally projecting portion 15 laterally protruding from a part of the front edge of the base 4 and connected to the base 14 in a state perpendicular to the base 14; An engaging portion 16 having an insertion piece 16a connected in an orthogonal state and a retaining piece 16b laterally protruding from the front end edge of the insertion piece 16a toward the base 14 and connected in an orthogonal state to the insertion piece 16a;
At a part of the front end edge of the base 14, a fixing portion 17 protruding in the same direction as the protruding portion 15 and connected to the base 14 in a state perpendicular to the base 14 is formed. At the same time, the lateral projection 15 is overlapped with the back plate 7 and the insertion piece 1 is inserted.
6a is sandwiched between the latching edge 8 and the rear edge 10a of the latched edge 10, and the retaining piece 16b is sandwiched between the latching edge 8 and the latched edge 10.
In the state where the fixing portion 17 is fixed to the structural material 25 of the building, the outer wall panels P are connected by the two connecting fittings 12 to the structural material 25 via the two connecting fittings 12 while the fixing portion 17 is fixed to the structural material 25 of the building. Are combined.

For this reason, since the outer wall panel P has a structure in which the core body 1 and the sound insulating plate 4 are covered with the outer panel 2 and the back cover plate 3, the outer wall panel P is made nonflammable to improve heat insulation. In addition to being able to reduce the weight, the outer wall panel has a laminated structure in which the back cover plate 3, the core 1, the sound insulating plate 4, and the front plate 5 of the exterior plate 2 are sequentially laminated from the back side to the front side. Therefore, the sound generated in the building is received and absorbed by the back cover plate 3 and the core 1, and the sound transmitted through the back cover plate and the core 1 is sound-insulated by the sound insulating plate and the exterior plate 2.
Can effectively cut off the sound, and the sound absorbing performance and the sound insulating performance of the outer wall panel P can be improved, and the transmission of sound to the outside of the outer wall panel P can be effectively suppressed.
