両脚辺の下部に挿通したボルト2により、イア1cでト
ロリ線Tを把持する。両脚辺は肉薄部(支点)から離れ
たイア辺附近をボルト締めするだけで十分な把持力が得
られる。また両脚辺が外開きを附勢されているのでボル
トの緩みは防止される。本体1の両脚辺を外開きにプレ

直、上辺は左右端部で傾斜面3a(4a)を設けておく
ことが望ましい。この傾斜面は上記空間への挿入に便で
あるほか、本体1に挿入した際、下辺の眞直面が本体1
の下辺上面に強く当接して、継目部の剛性を高め、継目
部における下方への撓みを防ぎ、トロリ線の継目に段差
が生じないようになっている。また内側の継目板4,4
の厚みは、両脚辺をボルト2で締めこんだ際、トロリ線
把持に支障のないものとしておく。継目板は同じく図4
に示す如く、脚辺との接触面に長手方向波形の突起を設
ける。平面と平面を当接させても通電に実効のある接触
点は均少であるが、波形突起を設け、これをボルトで締
込むと、突起の頂部が変形し、有効接触面を確実にす
る。この波状突起面には防濕用コンパウンドを十分に塗
布し、ボルト締込みにより塗布過剰分が波形の溝部を通
って両端部から溢出するようにしておく。本体1の長さ
は10mほど、継目板3(4)の長さは20cmほどであ
る。本体は継目板でつないで長さ200〜300mとし
た後、ドラム巻きしたトロリ線を端部からつぎつぎと挿
入し、これをボルト2で締めこんで工事を完了となる。 態様Bの場合 予め電車線ユニットを準備する場合を図5で説明する。

位置させる。輸送途中のトロリ線の損傷や湾曲を防護す
ること、そして継目板が案内板になって、夫々のトロリ
線を同一軸線上で突合わせ接続するためである。この状
態で、ボルト2を締込み、トロリ線を本体と一体化さ
せ、電車線ユニットを構成してある。現場ではこれへ次
のユニットをはめ合わせ、継目板突出部をボルト3
(4)で締めて接続させる。その際トロリ線Tの継目
は、電気的接続を確実にするため、予め図6のように互
い違いの切込を設けて重ね合わせる。このためトロリ線
ユニットは本体ユニット長さより、上記切込長さだけ長
