Conventionally, when a defect such as a part of the skin (10), particularly the face, is generated due to an operation of skin cancer or injury, a plate, a block or the like having an appropriate shape is applied to the defect (11). Place the silicone resin implant (12), apply gauze (15), etc. on top of it, and stick the edges of this gauze to the surrounding skin with a band (14) etc. (Fig. 5). According to this method, there are drawbacks such that the movements of the face and mouth are remarkably restricted, and the volume is large and discomfort occurs.

The thickness of each pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the surface of the base material can be appropriately adjusted. For example, in many cases, the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may have a thickness of about 30 to 60 μ, and the acrylic or other pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may have a thickness of about 25 to 50 μ. Both adhesives used are harmless and have no adverse effects on the affected area such as irritation. For example, as the pressure-sensitive adhesive for contacting with and sticking to the affected area, not only acrylic type but also rubber type, silicone type, vinyl type and the like can be appropriately selected and used.

The silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (2) of the fixing tool (7) is attached to the lower surface of the implant (12) made of a silicone resin to be applied to the treatment defect (11) of the skin (10), that is, the defect affected part. The facing side is bonded. In this case, the fixture may correspond to the entire lower surface of the implant, or it may correspond to the peripheral portion (FIG. 3). In addition, it is preferable to cover the exposed pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3) of acrylic type or the like with release paper as described later. If this therapeutic device (13) is applied to the defective portion (11) with an adhesive layer (3) of acrylic type or the like, the implant (12) covers the defective portion (11). As a result, the defective portion becomes inconspicuous and the movement of the surface skin is not restricted (Fig. 4). This implant (12)
A suitable makeup may be applied to the upper surface of the skin if necessary, and this makeup may be applied to the skin surface adjacent to the implant. In the above case, the silicone resin embedded body may not require makeup etc. if appropriate coloring such as skin color and various patterns are applied in advance.

The fixing tool (7) has a silicone adhesive layer (2).
On the upper surface of the, embossed polyethylene, polypropylene or other synthetic resin film, paper laminated with these films, plastic film or other release paper (4) formed by suitable embossing is temporarily attached, and On the upper surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3) of acrylic type or the like, for example, silicone-treated glassine paper, parchment paper, or other commonly used release paper (5) can be temporarily attached and provided. In this case, it is preferable to provide an appropriate gripping part (6) so that the release papers can be easily peeled off. In the figure, as a release paper, the silicone adhesive layer (2) has an embossed thickness of about 10
A 0μ Hi-Zex (trade name) film (4) was temporarily attached so that the grips (6) and (6) were provided, and the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3) was treated with a silicone-treated glassine paper (tsubo). About 100g / m 2 ) (5) is temporarily attached. When this fixing tool is in the form of a tape, it may be wound in a roll with a release paper similar to the above being interposed.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is adhered to the affected area skin side, it can be stably adhered and fixed to the affected area to cover the skin defect portion, and makeup or the like can be applied thereto. It is not noticeable even when used on the face, etc., and can be used for pleasure. In addition, since this treatment tool can be easily peeled off, treatment of the affected area can be easily performed, and a defective recessed portion was formed on the skin surface such as surgery for skin cancer or injury such as cutout of the skin. It is extremely effective when used for the treatment and treatment of daisies.
