Description
【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は皮膚表面の欠損部に適用する治療用具及びそれ

のガーゼの縁部をばんそうこう（14）等で周囲の皮膚に
貼りとめる方法（第５図）しかなく、この方法によると
顔面や口などの動作が著しく制限されると共に、嵩ばり

多い。両粘着剤はいづれも刺激その他患部に対し悪影響
のない無害なものが使用される。例えば上記患部に対接
し、これに貼付するための粘着剤にはアクリル系のほ
か、ゴム系、シリコーン系、ビニル系等が適宜選択して

こうした固定具（７）のシリコーン系粘着剤層（２）に
は、皮膚（10）の被治療欠損部（11）に応当させるシリ
コーン樹脂製の埋込体（12）の下面、即ち欠損患部に対
接する面側が接着されている。この場合、固定具は埋込
体の下面の全面に応当していてもよいし、その周縁部に
応当するようにすることができる（第３図）。また、露
出しているアクリル系等の粘着剤層（３）には、後記す
るような剥離紙を貼って覆うようにするとよい。この治
療用具（13）は、前記欠損部（11）に当てるようにし
て、アクリル系等の粘着剤層（３）によって貼付すれ
ば、埋込体（12）がこの欠損部（11）を覆うようになる
から、欠損部が目立なくなるし、表面の皮膚の動きを拘
束するようなこともない（第４図）。この埋込体（12）
の上面には、必要に応じて適当な化粧を施すことがで
き、またこの化粧は埋込体に隣接する皮膚表面まで行う
こともよい。上記の場合、シリコーン樹脂製の埋込体は
予め肌色等適当な着色、各種の模様等を付与しておけば

し、またアクリル系等の粘着剤層（３）の上面には、例
えばシリコーン加工を施こしたグラシン紙、パーチメン
ト紙その他一般に使用されている剥離紙（５）を仮着し
て提供することができる。この場合、上記各剥離紙を剥
がし易くするため適当な把持部（６）を設けることが好
ましい。図示のものでは、剥離紙として、シリコーン系
粘着剤層（２）には、エンボス加工を施こした厚さ約10
0μのハイゼックス（商品名）フイルム（４）に把持部
（６）、（６）を設けるようにして仮着し、アクリル系
粘着剤層（３）には、シリコーン加工を施したグラシン
紙（坪量約100g/m2）（５）を仮着している。この固定
具がテープ状の場合には、前記同様の剥離紙を介在させ

がすこともできるから、患部の治療手当も容易にできる
もので、皮膚癌の手術、皮膚が切欠がれるようなけが等
のような皮膚面に欠損凹部を生じたさいの治療、手当用
