The thickness of the support film and the coating film constituting the coating material body is about 10 to 100 μm for the former and about 10 to 50 μm for the latter.
In many cases, it may be acceptable. In addition to the above-mentioned coating films, non-moisture-permeable ones such as polyvinylidene chloride films and polyvinyl chloride films can be used with the required moisture permeability by providing fine holes or the like. The resin film forming raw material solution prepared in a predetermined manner is cast on a required surface of the support film (1) so as to have a predetermined thickness, and in the case of polyurethane, for example, dried at about 110 to 140 ° C. May be formed.

The adhesive strength between the layers constituting the coating material main body is greatest between the coating film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and when the support film has a temporary adhesion layer, the support film and the temporary adhesion layer, and between the temporary adhesion layer and the coating film. It is preferable that the distance between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the release paper decreases in order. The release paper is preferably provided with a cut line (4a) so that the release paper can be divided into two or more and separated.

1 and 2, a polyurethane film (2) having the same size as a polyester film (1) having a length of 700 mm × 320 mm × thickness of 38 μ and having a microscopic micropore having a thickness of 25 μ is superimposed, and an acrylic resin is applied to the surface of the polyurethane film. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3) is formed to a thickness of 30μ, and a release paper (4) having a width of 260 mm is stuck thereon, leaving an exposed layer (3a) of about 30 mm of adhesive on both side edges (8). To form a covering material body (5), and to this exposed layer, a flexible nonwoven covering cloth (6) having a length of 700 mm and a width of 500 mm is adhered through an edge thereof, and a central portion of the covering material body is formed. Shows a skin covering material for operation having an opening (7) with a long diameter of 150 mm and a short diameter of 100 mm, and having a slit (cut line) (4a) in the release paper. This coating material is effective for, for example, inserting a puncture needle during epidural anesthesia, injecting a drug solution, and blocking nerves, and is disposable. Further, it can be formed in the same or different dimensions and used in a surgical operation other than the above anesthesia.

In order to use the skin covering material for treatment of the present invention, if the release paper has a slit, a part of the release paper is peeled off to expose a part of the adhesive layer, and when only one side has a covering cloth, the covering cloth is used. Is placed on the side of the physician who is to be treated, and if it is on both sides, either one of them is placed on the physician, for example, so that the nonwoven fabric is on the physician's side. Part or incision, etc.), and the covering material covers the surrounding undisinfected material (for example, a material to which germs such as clothes, futons, sheets, etc. are attached). Then, a part of the coating material main body is adhered via the above-mentioned exposed pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and then the remaining release paper is peeled off and the entire coating material main body is adhered. Then, the covering is spread to cover a required portion therearound, and the support film is peeled off to prepare for the treatment. The required treatment is performed through the opening.

As described above, the skin covering material for treatment of the present invention is provided with a covering cloth on the outside of the covering material body and is sterilized and disinfected, and therefore, at the time of treatment, disinfects undisinfected materials existing around the treatment portion. It can be covered with a cloth, and the practitioner (doctor) during the operation
The hands are not contaminated by bacteria, etc. at all, and bacteria present in the undisinfected material around the treatment area
There is no danger of intrusion from the puncture part or the like. If the covering cloth (at least one of them) is made of a transparent plastic film or the like, the covering material main body to which the covering material is adhered can be seen through, so that the positioning is further facilitated. Furthermore, since the coated film is supported by the support film, wrinkles may occur when the flexible, thin and difficult-to-handle coated film having an adhesive layer is adhered to the skin surface, and the adhesive layers adhere to each other. It is possible to easily and quickly perform close adherence in combination with having transparency, without having to do so.
