A drug-containing dressing is used, but this dressing is only attached to the skin surface of the patient's treatment area, and the outside of the applied dressing is contaminated with bacteria and can be left on the patient's clothes. , futons, sheets, and other unsterilized items are exposed, and there is a risk that the doctor's (practitioner's) hands may come into contact with them during surgery, and their sterilized hands may get dirty.

For use in treatments to improve skin covering materials such as skin covering materials with release paper pasted on the adhesive layer, and to prevent bacterial infection during nerve blocks such as epidural anesthesia and other surgical procedures. The purpose is to provide an effective skin covering material.

With or without a temporary adhesion layer (9) of a weak adhesive or removable adhesive, it is flexible and stretchable, has good adaptability to the surface to which it is applied, is transparent, and has appropriate moisture permeability. A covering film (2) made of polyurethane film, polyamide film, etc. having A release paper (4) is pasted to form a covering material main body (5). In some cases, the coating material body may be formed without providing the support film.

In addition, these resin film-forming raw material liquids prepared in a specified manner are cast onto the required surface of the support film (1) to a specified film thickness, and for example, in the case of polyurethane, the resin film-forming raw material liquid is cast at a rate of approximately It may be formed by drying at θ°C.

It is preferable that the distance between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the release paper decreases in this order. It is preferable to provide a cutting line (4a) on the release paper so that it can be divided into two or more parts and peeled off.

Place a portion of the main body of the covering material through the exposed adhesive layer, positioning it so that the entire covering material can be applied as desired, such as covering an object that has germs such as a futon or sheet. Paste it, then peel off the remaining release paper and paste the entire covering material. The covering cloth is then spread out to cover the desired area around it, and the support film is peeled off or left as is. In this way, you can prepare for the surgery,
A required treatment is performed in the opening.

Even if the operator's (doctor's) hands touch them during surgery, they will not be contaminated with bacteria, etc., and bacteria present in unsterilized objects around the surgical area will be removed from the surgical area, needle area, etc. There is absolutely no fear of intrusion. Furthermore, if the covering fabric (at least one of them) is made of a transparent plastic film or the like, the main body of the covering material can be seen through when the covering material is applied, making positioning easier. Furthermore, when applying a coating film to the skin surface, which is difficult to apply, there is no possibility of wrinkles or adhesive layers adhering to each other, and combined with transparency, it is easy and quick to apply the coating film under close observation. Can be done.
