挿通を妨げることはなく、スムーズに電線の外周一端を
押圧できるものである。また上記押え板とカッター刃の
位置が相対向するものではなく前後にずらしてあるの
で、上記押え板で押圧された電線は押え板とは反対の方
向に向き、その後カッター刃に押しつけられ、電線がカ
ッター刃に強く確実に食い込むつつ電線被覆を剥り取っ
ていくことができる。そのため電線被覆をスパイラル状
に安定して容易に剥ぎ取ることができ、さらに被覆を剥
ぎ取る電線がヒレ付き電線であっても、電線受け及び突
出した押え板とカッター刃との間に電線は挟持され、確
実に皮剥ぎできるものである。
