2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the manufacture of printed wiring boards, the required thickness (for example, 35 μ) is applied to the surface of a substrate made of an insulating material.
It is well known that a so-called copper-clad laminate having a copper foil stretched thereon is used.

Further, one of the paired belt conveyors is provided so as to be displaceable in the width direction with respect to another facing belt conveyor as a means for displacing the conveying direction. As a method of changing the conveying direction of the conveyor belt having the above configuration or the conveying line of the original plate, the original plate is once abutted against the reference guide side, temporarily stopped and aligned, and then the conveying direction is changed.

However, the original plate transporting means having the above-mentioned structure has no problem if the original plate to be transported is properly placed on the conveyor belt. On the other hand, when it is placed in an inclined manner, since the means for correcting this placement state is not equipped, the original plate that is conveyed without being placed under the proper conveyance state falls on the conveyor belt. Or, the original plate is sandwiched by the belt, the original plate is damaged in the middle of transportation and the conveyance of the conveyor belt itself is obstructed, and the other original plates that are properly conveyed are also damaged. It was something that had.

Moreover, in the transfer line in which the change of the transfer direction in the transfer line is changed after the original plate is brought into contact with the reference guide side and aligned, it is a prerequisite that the original plate is properly placed on the line. As described above, if this is placed on the conveyor belt in an inclined manner, accurate alignment cannot be performed when it is abutted against the reference guide side, and not only the momentum and accurate direction change cannot be performed. , Damage to the original plate, and impair the proper operation of the configuration in the transport line, particularly in the component parts of the direction changing means (for example, if the original plate that has been tendered toward the reference guide side is directly abutted, The original plate interferes with the matching of the next original plate, spreads one after another, and causes the inoperability such that the original plates are mixed with each other in the direction changing component).

Now, the width-shifting roller conveyor alone 15 having the above-mentioned structure is arranged between the conveyors 21 and 22 of the belt conveyor 20 as a transfer line for the original plate 16, and the transfer method for correcting the original plate 16 in a proper attitude. Explaining in conjunction with FIG. 3, first, as shown in FIG. 3, the width-adjusting roller conveyer unit 15 is arranged between the conveyors 21 and 22 of the belt conveyer 20 along the straightening guide 23 side, which is arranged along the reference side conveyer 22. After arranging the drive pulleys 1 and 2, the drive motors 9 of the width-shifting rollers 5 are started to drive the drive pulleys 1.
2. While rotating each rotary shaft 6 via the driven pulley 10 and rotating each other rotary shaft 6 paired with this via each connecting pulley 7, each width-shifting roller 5 is moved to the belt conveyor 20. Rotate in the direction corresponding to the transport direction.

However, when the original plate 16 placed and conveyed on both conveyors 21 and 22 of the belt conveyor 20 reaches the portion where the width-adjusting roller conveyor unit 15 is disposed, the guides 23 are rotated by the respective width-adjusting rollers 5. By the side-by-side alignment and this width-alignment, for example, the original plate 1
6 is not in the proper posture between the two conveyors 21 and 22 and is placed at an angle, the guide 2
It is possible to correct the original plate 16 in an appropriate posture while shifting the width to the 3 side.

Therefore, by disposing the width-shifting roller conveyor alone 15, the transporting posture of the original plate 16 conveyed by the belt conveyor 20 can be corrected to an appropriate posture, and both conveyors 21, It is possible to prevent the original plate 16 from being dropped from between 22 and being damaged, or to be prevented from being dropped between both the conveyors 21 and 22 and preventing the transportation itself such as hindering the transportation of another original plate 16 in the next order. Therefore, it is possible to ensure proper direction change of each original plate 16 in the direction changing portion in the subsequent conveying process, and it is possible to accurately convey the original plate 16 without damage.

Further, by disposing a plurality of width-shifting roller conveyors 15 in the conveying direction of the belt conveyor 20 while changing their tendency angles from each other, the conveying original plate 16 by the belt conveyor 20 is sequentially moved in a desired direction. It is also possible to change direction while correcting.

Each of the width-adjusting rollers 5 connects adjacent rollers 5 axially mounted between the left and right side frames 2 and 3 of the base body 1 via a belt 8 between connection pulleys 7 to form a pair. Although the configuration in which the drive motor 9 is provided for each roller 5 to be rotated is shown, the configuration is not limited to such a configuration. Further, the number of the width-adjusting rollers 5 axially attached to the rotary shafts 6 is not limited to two, and one or two or more may be used as required.
