進行方向長さより長く設けた水平コンベアと、 その入口側コンベアの先端に対向して上昇反転部を置
き、出口側コンベアの後端に対向して下降反転部を置い
て、製品進行方向に往復循環する循環帯と、 上記循環帯の表側全面に、製品板厚よりやゝ大きな相互
間隙で、立ち並んだ歯材とを備え、 上記入口から入った製品は、その先端が上記循環帯の歯
材間にはまって垂直姿勢に起こされ、そのまゝ槽内を進
み、出口付近で水平姿勢に倒され、コンベアにより搬出
されるようにした事を特徴とする板状製品の自動メッキ
装置において、製品を垂直姿勢で進行させる上記循環帯
の往路に、上下振動を与える加振機構を備えることを特
徴とする板状製品の自動メッキ装置。

装置において、還流用ポンプによりメッキ槽へ戻すメッ
キ液は、メッキ槽の製品進行方向沿いの片側内壁に水平
に設けた液内噴射管の多数の噴射口から、上記循環帯上
のほゞ全製品へ均等に吹付けるようにした事を特徴とす
る板状製品の自動メッキ装置。
