Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a method of preventing a vehicle accident due to freezing on a normal road (asphalt, concrete) in winter has been generally solved by using a tire with spikes, but in recent years, spikes have been used. Dust pollution by tires has become a problem, and it has become obligatory to switch to studless tires. Especially in the snowy areas of Tohoku and Hokkaido, frozen ice burn accidents frequently occur, which is a serious problem. As a means to solve this, by laying on the road an elastic road surface laying plate in which a slip-resistant pattern is formed on the surface rubber layer of a mat made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber, the frozen ice burner is destroyed when passing through the vehicle. It scatters and has a considerable effect on preventing vehicle slip.

As shown in Fig. 2, a large number of grooves (c) are provided at a predetermined interval on the upper surface of the surface rubber layer (b) of the soft underlayer buffer layer (b), and these grooves (c) are perpendicular to the traveling direction of the road. An elastic rubber mat 1B is provided which is laid as shown in FIG.
3 and FIG. 14, a soft underlayer buffer layer (a)
An elastic rubber mat 2B in which a large number of dot-shaped studs (d) are arranged in a lattice pattern or a zigzag pattern on the upper surface of the surface rubber layer (b) is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 164505/55.

It is very effective in preventing slipping by destroying and scattering this, and the vehicle gliding on the ice burner. However, in both anti-slip patterns, since the pattern surface is formed into a flat surface, the tire easily slips on the surface of the elastic rubber mat, and the rubber hardness of the surface rubber layer is set to about HsA55. hand,
Increase the amount of deformation when receiving the weight of the vehicle
It was revealed by the skid resistance test that since the effect of destroying the tire is enhanced, the pattern is less likely to be caught on the tire and the braking force of the tire is inferior.

Since the tire is laid so as to stop without slipping and constitutes the road surface of the road, the mat surface is not in an ice burn state, for example, it is in a dry state or the surface is wet. Even under normal road conditions such as conditions or water film formation, braking force equivalent to or higher than that of asphalt or concrete road surfaces must be obtained. However, in the skid resistance test (detailed description was given in the section of the description of examples below, showing a table of skid numerical values), the conventional elastic rubber mat 1
Patterns B and 2B have a skid value that is considerably lower than that on an asphalt road in a dry condition, a condition in which the surface is wet, and a condition in which a water film has formed. It was shown to be slippery. This means that both the elastic rubber mats 1B and 2B have the effect of destroying the ice burner and preventing the gliding surface from gliding, but they also receive the heat generated by the deformation of the underlayer buffer layer to melt and melt the snow. Even if there is an ice effect, there is a problem that it is slippery under normal road conditions other than so-called ice burn such as a dry state, a surface is wet, a long braking distance of the tire, and lack of safety. .

Deceleration by gravity when operating on an uphill road, and when descending a slope, the acceleration of gravity applied on the downhill is controlled by the gravity due to gravity when operating on an uphill road. By giving a physical action, a physical deceleration action is given, and in particular, when braking is applied, the vehicle weight that is biased to the front wheels is reduced and the braking force of the rear wheels is secured as much as possible, so that it is equivalent to the asphalt road surface or It is an object of the present invention to provide an elastic road surface siding plate having a novel anti-slip pattern that can provide more braking force.

When decelerating due to gravity, the gravitational acceleration applied on the downhill is applied to the wheels by giving a braking effect due to gravity when traveling on an uphill road. It gives a physical deceleration action, especially by reducing the vehicle weight biased to the front wheels when applying a brake and ensuring the braking force of the rear wheels as much as possible, in a dry state, a state where the surface is wet, In the state where the water film is formed, a braking force equal to or higher than that of the asphalt road surface can be applied. Further, the ridge having a surface hardness of HsA80 is hard to be crushed even when the wheel rides on the inclined surface, and a proper contact area and a gap serving as a drainage groove can be surely secured at the contact portion between the wheel and the inclined surface. The bite is also improved and good grip performance is obtained, and a large slip prevention effect is obtained by the synergistic effect of the freezing ice burner effect of the elastic rubber mat and the braking effect on the vehicle due to the inclined surface pattern. Efficiently deforms and destroys the frozen ice burner or the surface of the pressed snow, and the base cushioning layer is further distorted to generate a large amount of heat of the rubber, and this large heat is transmitted to the upper rubber layer and is transferred to the upper surface of the rubber layer. Ice and pressure snow are melted, and the snow melt is discharged to the outside of the rubber mat through a groove formed by an inclined surface provided on the ridge. As a result, a large slip accident can be prevented by the synergistic effect of the freezing ice burner scattering effect of the elastic rubber mat and the braking effect of the inclined surface pattern on the vehicle.

The skid values for the condition where the surface is wet and the condition where a water film is formed are much lower than the asphalt road for both conventional elastic rubber mats 1B and 2B, and they are very slippery compared to the asphalt road surface. There was found. This means that both the elastic rubber mats 1B and 2B have the effect of destroying the ice burns and preventing the gliding surface from gliding, but in normal road conditions, so-called dry conditions and wet surface conditions. Since it is slippery, it is shown that the braking distance of the tire is long when there is no icing, which is unsafe.

Although it is a skid value, it is acceptable as a range of braking force. In Example 3, by providing the studs on the inclined surface having the rubber hardness of HsA80 of Example 2, it was possible to increase the catching rate of the studs with respect to the tire. Therefore, the breaking of the frozen ice burner and the improvement of the braking force were achieved. It is a thing.

The elastic rubber mat according to the present invention, when a wheel of a vehicle such as an automobile has a heavy weight, is deformed by a sawtooth-shaped ridge pattern to destroy a frozen ice burner or a snow-compacted surface layer, and a base material. The buffer layer is further distorted to generate a large amount of heat generated by the rubber, and this large heat is transmitted to the upper rubber layer to melt the ice and pressure snow on the upper surface of the rubber layer, and from the groove formed by the inclined surface provided on the ridge. Discharge the snow melt to the outside of the rubber mat.
And, the inclined surface with a certain gradient or more provided for the surface ridge,
On a flat road, it gives a deceleration effect due to gravity when operating on an uphill road, and when descending a slope, the gravity acceleration applied on the downhill is applied to the wheels as when driving uphill road. By providing a braking action due to the gravitational force, a physical deceleration action is given, and in particular, when the braking is applied, the vehicle weight deviated to the front wheels is reduced to secure the braking force of the rear wheels as much as possible. As a result, due to the synergistic effect of the splashing effect of the frozen ice vane of the elastic rubber mat and the braking effect of the inclined surface pattern on the vehicle, not only when the road surface is in the ice vane state, but also when the road surface is in the ice vane state. -Under normal road conditions, for example,
Even in a dry condition, a condition where the surface is wet, or a condition where a water film is formed, it is possible to apply a braking force equal to or higher than that of an asphalt road surface, and it is possible to greatly prevent slip accidents. Play.
