計量して注入し、その後、表面から散水して冷却固化さ
せてから、鋳型底面に嵌合されている押出しピンを下方
から押し上げて鋳造されたアノードのシヨルダー側を押
し上げる。ついで剥離機の位置まで回転してくると、ア

鋳造された鋳造物の一部を、鋳型に嵌合している押上げ
ピンで押上げ、剥取機で鋳型から剥取り脱型し、所定の

が異なる複数の鋳型に嵌合する押上げピンの位置を、タ

が配設されており、フード4aの下側から鋳型2,3の溶湯
表面に散水して冷却し、発生した水蒸気は、フード4aの
排気管4bからフアン(図示せず)によつて吸引して系外
へ排出するようになつている。冷却装置4のターンテー
ブル1の回転方向前方のターンテーブル1下側には、押
出しピン6の押上装置(図示せず)が配設されており、
押上げピン6を押し上げて固化したシヨルダーアノード
のシヨルダー2′,3′側を鋳型2.3の上方に持ち上げ
