Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a casting apparatus for removing casting which adheres to and grows on the tip of a measuring pan in a copper anode casting machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, in dry copper refining, blister copper is oxidized and reduced in a refining furnace, and the purified blister copper obtained is cast into a plate-shaped blister copper called an anode which is convenient for performing electrolytic refining in a subsequent process. . In this casting process, the molten copper discharged from the refining furnace is guided to pans weighed to cast a fixed weight at a time, and finally the pouring pan called a measuring pan is turned into a mold arranged on a rotary table in order. Is cast at a constant weight. The molten copper poured into the mold is cooled while the table rotates, solidifies, is stripped from the mold as an anode, and is sent to a subsequent process. After the anode is peeled off, a mold release material is sprayed on the surface, and then molten copper is cast. The above process steps are usually repeated until the refining furnace is empty.
[0003]
Regarding the measuring pan used in this casting process (for example, 34 measuring pan in Patent Literature 1), a portion where molten copper is poured from the measuring pan to the mold has a round hole shape depending on the pan. There are various shapes such as a square hole, a flat plate shape, and a thin shape. During casting, casting adheres and grows on the lower surface of the pan tip of the measuring pan. In this casting, an abnormal anode control occurs due to contact with the casting mold, which causes an error in the weight of the anode, or the grown casting falls into the casting mold and causes a bump on the anode surface. Is a factor that causes Therefore, in order to remove the casting during casting, a clerk manually dropped the casting, or attached a jig of an appropriate shape to drop the casting to an air cylinder or the like fixed outside the table. By installing and operating a casting remover, casting was removed.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-253831
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0005]
In order for the staff to remove the casting manually, an operator is required. Further, in order to attach the casting apparatus to the outside of the table, a place necessary for the installation must be secured. However, it is difficult to secure the place for a compact casting apparatus constructed in recent years.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an anode casting machine pan tip casting apparatus which requires no manpower and requires only a minimum required installation area in a table.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0006]
The following problems have been solved by solving the above problems.
(1) In a copper anode casting machine in which a fixed weight of molten copper is poured from a fixed tilting measuring pan to a mold arranged on a rotary table in order, the copper anode adheres to the measuring pan tip and grows to hinder casting. In order to efficiently remove the casting, a casting tip removing device for an anode casting machine measuring pan is provided with a casting removing device for removing casting at several places on a table.
(2) Rotate the part of the casting remover that scrapes off the casting to prevent instantaneous large impacts on the measuring pan when the casting and the part that scrapes off the casting of the casting remover come into contact. The apparatus according to the above (1), wherein the apparatus is capable of adjusting a force for scraping off casting by attaching an appropriate weight to a lower portion thereof.
[0007]
(3) In order to prevent the casting device from being deformed or damaged when the unremovable casting grows, the rotation range of the portion where the casting is scraped off of the casting device is made large to make contact with the casting. (1) The apparatus according to (1) or (2), wherein the casting apparatus is rotated so that the casting apparatus can pass under the measuring pan by passing the casting.
(4) When the part where hot water is poured from the measuring pan to the mold is flat and thin, the casting surface of the casting portion of the casting device is exposed forward in the table advancing direction. According to the above (1) to (3), the angle applied to the table radial direction so as to lower the inside of the table to the back reduces the force applied to the pan and the casting apparatus when casting is dropped. Pot casting machine for anode casting machine measuring pan.
[0008]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The scraping part of the casting of the casting device is in contact with the casting attached to the tip of the measuring pan pot tip, and mechanically applies a force to remove the casting from the measuring pan. The shape of the device required for this purpose may be any as long as it has a plate-shaped or rod-shaped cast scraping portion. For example, in FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG.
[0009]
However, castings that adhere to the weighing pan, depending on the shape of the pan, sometimes grow to the point that they cannot be removed or that a very large force must be applied to remove it. In this case, when the casting device comes into contact with the casting, a large impact is applied to the measuring pan main body, and in a severe case, the pan may fall off the fulcrum supporting the pan. Applying such a large impact is not desirable for a measuring pan whose weight is measured by a load cell or the like in order to control the pouring amount at a constant level.
[0010]
Therefore, in order to prevent an excessive force from being applied to the measuring pan in such a case, the casting device is provided for casting that cannot be removed by making the casting portion of the casting device rotatable. It is possible to pass through the casting.
For example, in FIG. 4, a structure that rotates around an axis indicated as 10 is adopted.
[0011]
Also, when the casting part is rotatable, a weight of appropriate weight is attached to the part opposite to the fulcrum from the casting part so that the necessary force to drop the casting can be obtained. In addition, the force applied to the casting portion when rotating is adjusted.
For example, in FIGS. 3 and 4, a weight indicated as 7 is provided.
[0012]
In addition, regarding the arrangement of the casting section of the casting apparatus, in order to reduce the force required when removing casting, a slight inclination is given to the pan of the measuring pan instead of at a right angle, that is, a table. It is effective to make an angle with respect to the table radial direction so that the outside of the table is moved forward in the traveling direction and the inside of the table is lowered backward. This is because, when removing the casting attached to the pan tip of the measuring pan, applying a force in the direction of the pan tip from the lower side of the pan can remove the casting with a smaller force. Accordingly, when the casting and the casting apparatus come into contact with each other and the casting is removed, the force applied to the measuring pan or the casting apparatus becomes small.
For example, as shown by 8 in FIGS. 1 and 3, the angle is set at about 20 to 60 degrees with respect to the measuring pan 4.
【Example】
[0013]
First Embodiment A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4. FIG.

[0014]
2 indicates a part of the turntable, and its rotation direction is indicated by an arrow 2 shown in FIG. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 3 denotes a mold arranged on a rotary table, and molten copper is poured into the mold from a measuring pan indicated by 4.
Reference numeral 5 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 shows a casting apparatus according to the present invention. The numeral 6 shown in FIG. 2 indicates the casting attached to the pan tip to be removed in the present invention. Reference numeral 8 shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 denotes a part of the casting apparatus which comes into contact with the casting and drops the casting.
[0015]
Numeral 8 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 denotes a part of the casting apparatus which comes into contact with the casting and drops the casting. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the locus of 8 is drawn not at right angles to the tip of the measuring pan, so that the casting attached to the pan tip can be removed with a smaller force. The outer side of the table is extended forward in the direction of table travel, and the angle is set with respect to the radial direction of the table so that the inner side of the table is lowered backward.
[0016]
Further, the tip of 8 is slightly bent, so that when it comes into contact with casting, the cast-off portion effectively applies a force. Reference numeral 9 denotes a supporting portion of the casting apparatus. A groove is provided in the supporting portion, and both ends of the shaft of the cast-off portion of the casting device shown in FIG. 3 are fitted.
【The invention's effect】
[0017]
When using the casting apparatus according to the present invention,
(1) Since casting can be automatically removed, it is possible to save a worker from dropping casting.
(2) Further, it is possible to reduce the abnormal weight of the anode which occurs when the casting is developed.
(3) Further, defects due to bumps can be reduced, and the number of short circuits in the subsequent electrolytic process can be reduced.
