の早期摩耗等の不具合が多く発生し、これがシヤツター
カーテンの早錆びや、寿命短縮の原因ともなつていた。
そこで、実公昭47-11402号公報、同48-11005号公報に示
されたように巻取ホイルの軸芯が移動するものが提示さ
れてはいるが、これらのものは機構が煩雑で実施面でも
部品、部材の製作やシヤツターカーテンの荷重を支えな
がらの作動調整がやり難いという問題があり、何れもシ
ヤツターカーテンの巻取り、巻戻し開始に伴う巻取軸の
回動によつて一気に移動端まで移動してしまう惧れがあ
つて、直ちに採用できないものである。

テン1は常に内外ガイド部22、23の中央部を通過し得る
こととなる。この結果、内外ガイド部22、23への衝接も
軽減できると共に、軸受板7が巻取ホイル4から外方へ
はみ出さないように軸受板側枢支部間(ピン82同志の間
隔)l寸法は巻取ホイル4の直径Dより小さく設定され
ているので、シヤツターカーテン1の巻取り、巻戻しに
際して、軸受板7に当接して邪魔になることはなく、静
かな開閉操作が可能となつて、併せてシヤツターカーテ
ンの寿命を伸長せしめることができる。
