<Prior Art> When a conventional plastic bag uses an inflation film (14) as shown in FIG. 9, the bottom of the bag consists of a welded seal portion (13), and a perforation ( 11) is provided and the method of manufacturing along with this is the mainstream.Other bag-making methods include opening the inflation film on one side and sealing it on both sides by fusion cutting, or folding the film in half and folding it on both sides. There was a method of side fusing and sealing. Also, in the case of bags made of different materials such as film and non-woven fabric, they are stacked on top of each other, and the left and right sides and the bottom are fused and sealed, and the unnecessary part (usually a wide and narrow shard) is discarded. The product was only in perfect bag form.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> When it is necessary to close the opening of the bag due to the bag manufacturing method as described above, tape fastening, hook fastening, seal fastening,
Alternatively, another member other than the bag is required, such as closing the opening by closing the opening with another string material. In particular, when the contents are put into a bag such as a garbage bag and then disposed of, the bag is often pulled close to the center from the left and right, and the bag is not fully utilized. In No. 56-135901, a perforation is provided near the edge from the end heat seal of the bag made of synthetic resin film,
There are also examples of integrally forming a string reinforced with a heat seal part for reinforcement, but when a non-woven fabric is used for the bag body, the string cannot be cut off with perforations, and between the heat seal part and the perforation line. There are some problems, such as wasted parts that are not used.

<Means for Solving Problems> Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, when a plastic film or a plastic non-woven fabric is formed into a bag by fusing seal, a part of the bag is placed in the thickness direction of the plastic either vertically or horizontally. We have developed a plastic bag that is provided with the remaining fused seal portion (4) and the narrow cut portion (5) with a string between the fused seal portion (4) and the edge.

<Operation> In the plastic bag of the present invention, the narrow cut portion (5) is formed on the edge portion of the bag, and therefore the narrow cut portion (5) is simply torn along the fusing seal portion (4) when the bag is sealed. It is a string just to take, and it has the same convenience as attaching a string to a bag.

In the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, a PP (polypropylene) film (1) was used as a plastic film and a PP nonwoven fabric (2) was used as a plastic non-woven fabric, and these were laminated vertically to form a bag. It is a thing. The left and right sides and bottom of the superposed PP film (1) and PP nonwoven fabric (2) are fused and sealed, and the left and right sides are fused seal edges (3) and (3), and the bottom is fused and sealed (4).
Then, a narrow cut portion (5) having a width having a tensile strength capable of withstanding the binding of the bag is attached to the bag body (6). As shown in FIG. 3, the fusing seal portion (4) integrates the bag body (6) and the narrow width cutting portion (5) in an easy-to-cut state. Conventionally, the thin cut portion (5) formed on the left and right sides was purposely removed, like the unnecessary portions on the left and right sides.

When tension is applied in the direction of the solid arrow as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 1, the narrow cut portion (5) is torn along the fusing seal portion (4) and the opening portion (7) of the bag body (6). ) Will be a string to tie up.

In the second embodiment, one PP film (1) is folded back as shown in FIG. 4 and the edge (9) is used as the bottom of the bag body (6). As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. A bag body (6) is provided as fusing seal edges (3) and (3) whose both sides are fusion-sealed. The PP film (1) is a long continuous body, and in order to manufacture a plurality of bags (6) from this, the film is sealed by fusing at predetermined intervals to form the bags (6). As shown in (5), fusing seals were made in two rows at the width intervals. As shown in the right side of FIG. 2, the fusing seal portion (4) that does not become the fusing seal edge (3) that is fused and sealed in two rows is in the middle so that it does not reach the opening edge (10) of the bag body (6). When the fusing seal is stopped with and the bag connecting part (8) is left, the opening edge (1

In FIG. 6, the P portion in FIG. 5 is enlarged to show the state of the fusing seal of the second embodiment, but this state is the same for all the fusing seals adopted in the present invention, and it is shown in FIG. This means that a piece of plastic film or the like is sufficiently adhered and is not completely cut, and that it is possible to easily tear off the narrow cut portion (5) along the fusing seal portion (4) by hand. Is.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the case of making a bag from an inflation film (14), a bag body (6) with a plurality of narrow cut portions (5) is formed from a long continuous film (14). For manufacturing, the fusing seal portion (4) and the cut perforation (11) were provided at predetermined intervals in two rows of width intervals of the narrow cut portion (5). The above-mentioned welded seal portion (13) shown in FIG. 9 is used as the fusion cut seal portion (4) in this embodiment. Thus, as shown in FIG. 8, the perforation cutting opening edge (12) and the bag body (6), which is the bottom of the fusing seal portion (4), are narrow cutting portions (5) and fusing seal portion (4). The cutting perforations (11) formed integrally with each other and arranged in the bottom of the fusing seal portion (4) serve as perforation cutting opening edges (12) of the next bag. Instead of the cutting perforation (11), a cut line indicating a cutting position may be provided, and cutting may be performed directly along the cut line.

Although the PP film and the PP non-woven fabric are used as the plastic film and the plastic non-woven fabric in the embodiments of the present invention, polyester, polyethylene, nylon and the like can be used by changing to the conventionally known synthetic resin film and non-woven fabric. Of course you can.

<Effects of the Invention> In the plastic bag of the present invention, since the string is always attached to the bag, the opening can be closed and closed with this, and since the end of the bag is not rounded and closed, the bag is not closed. You can fill the contents. Further, since the cord as a separate member is not necessary, the same effect as realizing the cost reduction of the product can be obtained.
