ング法を実施できるプレス加工装置、具体的には図3に
示すようにパンチ4の回りに板押さえ5を配し、下側に
もダイ6と共にパンチ4に対応して逆押さえ7を配した
ものである。このプレス加工装置に於いては板押さえ5
による被加工物の押さえを完全に実施するためパンチ4
の周囲部分に突起51を設けてなるが、本発明は特に形
成しようとする切削刃3の形状に対応した形状の突起5
1を設け、更にダイス6の上面にも切削刃3と対応した
形状の凹部61を設けてなるものである。
