製造手段は公知のファインブランキング法を用いたもの
である。即ち透孔2の打ち抜きに際してファインブラン
キング法を実施できるプレス加工装置、具体的には図3
に示すようにパンチ4の回りに板押さえ5を配し、下側
にもダイ6と共にパンチ4に対応して逆押さえ7を配し
たものである。このプレス加工装置に於いては板押さえ
5による被加工物の押さえを完全に実施するためパンチ
4の周囲部分に突起51を設けてなるが、本発明は特に
形成しようとする切削刃3の形状に対応した形状の突起
51を設け、更にダイス6の上面にも切削刃3と対応し
た形状の凹部61を設けてなるものである。

であるから、うちぬきの切り口がせん断面となり突出形
成した切削刃3は充分な研削能力を備えてなるものであ
る。従って必要数の透孔2の打ち抜きを行うと、所望の
研削板(おろし金)を製出できるものである。
