は上記波形状切欠のものも含めて切欠形成部分が弱くな
り、前記切欠部の先端が折れ曲ったりして袋体の体裁が
損われる等の問題点があった。 また実公昭54−22484号公報に開示されたものは、ヒー
トシール部に穿孔を設けるためフイルム厚が厚くなり、
穿孔が面倒でかつヒートシール部を損傷する惧れがある
等の問題点があった。 さらにまた特開昭60−193805号公報に開示されたもの
は、いずれも易開封部が研磨材による傷痕からなるもの
であるため、フイルムのラミネート部が傷付き、ヒート
シールが不確実となり、実施不能に近いものとなる等の
問題点があった。 本考案は上記問題点を解決し、開封を任意の個所から任
意の方向に容易に行うことができるとともに、不必要時
には開封部が妄りに開封されず、しかもシール部を傷付
けることなく穿孔を容易に行うことができ、かつ開封部
が折れ曲ったりすることのない体裁のよい密封包装体を
容易に製造し得る切裂用穿孔装置付き自動包装機を提供
することを目的とするものである。

体となす横シール手段とを備えてなる自動包装機におい
て、前記ガイド部材の前方所定位置に、前記包装材の未
シール部に多数の袋体切裂用微細孔を穿孔する穿孔用針
を多数植設した一対の穿孔ロールおよび受ロールからな
る穿孔手段を設けたことを特徴とするものである。
