る切裂用孔付密封包装袋を製造する袋体切裂用穿
孔装置付き自動包装機に関するものである。

公昭56−40552号公報)は周知である。
さらにまた、密封袋体の接着部と非接着部に亘
つて開封用切目を設けた袋体(実公昭60−25419
号公報)、あるいは密封袋体シール部に切裂用細
孔を設けた袋体(実公昭54−22484号公報)、また
は少なくとも3方を融着してなる小分け袋におい
て、袋を構成するシートの端縁部に多数の引掻傷
が端縁線とほぼ直角に密集して設けられている密
封小分け袋(特開昭58−160251号公報)、および
フイルムの融着部の端縁線に沿つて傷痕を密集し
て設けるための研磨材による擦過又は押圧装置を
配設したことを特徴とする自動製袋充填機(特開
昭60−193805号公報)等も公知である。

あるため、前記Vノツチ、Iノツチの場合は縦方
向のヒートシール部に、また波形状切欠の場合は
横方向のヒートシール部にその形成個所を限定さ
れるという問題点があつたばかりでなく、前記V
ノツチ、Iノツチの場合は縦シール部にその数を
多く設けることは装置的に難かしく、またその数
を多くした場合は上記波形状切欠のものも含めて
切欠形成部分が弱くなり、前記切欠部の先端が折
れ曲つたりして袋体の体裁が損われる等の問題点
があつた。
また実公昭60−25419号公報に開示されたもの
は開封用切目が非接着部と接着部にまたがるた
め、接着部が損傷する惧れがあり、また実公昭54
−22484号公報に開示されたものは、フイルム厚
が厚くなるため穿孔が面倒でかつヒートシール部
を損傷する惧れがある等の問題点があつた。
さらにまた特開昭58−160251号公報および特開
昭60−193805号公報に開示されたものはいずれも
易開封部が研磨材による傷痕からなるものである
ため、フイルムのラミネート部が傷付き、ヒート
シールが不確実となり、実施不能に近いものとな
る等の問題点があつた。
本考案は上記問題点を解決し、開封を任意の個
所から任意の方向に容易に行うことができるとと
もに不必要時には開封部が妄りに開封されず、し
かもシール部を傷付けることなく穿孔を容易に行
うことができ、かつ開封部が折れ曲つたりするこ
とのない体裁のよい密封包装体を容易に製造し得
る切裂用穿孔装置付き自動包装機を提供すること
を目的とするものである。

The film disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 22484 had problems such as the film being thick, making it troublesome to perforate and risking damage to the heat-sealed portion. Furthermore, in both of the products disclosed in JP-A-58-160251 and JP-A-60-193805, the easy-to-open part consists of scratches caused by abrasive material, so the laminated part of the film is damaged. There were problems such as heat sealing becoming uncertain and almost impossible to implement. The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and allows the seal to be opened easily from any location in any direction.The unsealed part will not be accidentally opened when unnecessary, and it can be easily perforated without damaging the seal part. 合縁部を端縁から内方に所定巾の未シール部とな
し残りの合掌状重合縁部を熱シールして筒状袋体
を形成する縦シール手段と、前記筒状袋体内に充
填物を供給する供給手段と、前記筒状袋体を所定
間隔毎に横方向に熱シールして密封袋体となす横
シール手段とを備えてなる自動包装機において、
前記ガイド部材の前方所定位置に、前記包装材の
未シール部となる長手方向両側縁部に多数の袋体
切裂用微細孔を穿孔する穿孔用針を多数植設した
一対の穿孔ロールおよび受ロールからなる穿孔手
段を設けて構成されるものである。

ル部を横切つて包装材を横方向に熱シールし、袋
体内にノズルから内容物を供給充填して密封包装
体を製造するものである。

ルb4の回転は包装材aの移送速度に同期されてい
る。2,2は前記筒状に形成された包装材aの前
記穿孔部を除く長手方向重合縁部を所定巾のシー
ル部3となして筒状袋体bを形成する熱シール部
2aを備えた一対の縦シールロールである。4,
4は前記縦シールロール2,2の下方に位置して
機体Aに取付けられた一対の横シールロールであ
つて、前記包装材aの長手方向重合縁シール部3
を横切つて前記包装材aを横方向に熱シールする
横方向熱シール部4aを設けてなるものである。
5は前記横方向熱シール部4aによつて形成され
た横シール部、6は内容物cを充填供給するため
の供給手段であつて、本実施例の場合はノズルを
示したが、これに限定されるものでない。7,7
はロールカツターであつて、前記横シール部5を
中心部から横方向にカツトするものである。Pは
完成された切裂用穿孔付密封包装体を示すもので

前記ガイド部材の前方所定位置に、前記包装材の
未シール部となる長手方向両側縁部に多数の袋体
切裂用微細孔を穿孔する穿孔用針を多数植設した
一対の穿孔ロールおよび受ロールからなる穿孔手
段を設けたものであるから、従来のVノツチ、I
ノツチ、波形状切欠のように不必要時に開封部が
妄りに開封されたり、あるいは折れ曲つたりして
体裁を損うことがなく、しかも開封を任意の個所
から任意の方向に容易に行うことができる切裂用
微細孔付密封包装体を容易に製造することができ
るものであるとともに前記穿孔手段は構造が簡単
で既設の装置に容易に取付けて使用することがで
きるばかりでなく、ヒートシール部に隣接して設
けた所定巾の未シール部に、しかも前記ヒートシ
ール部におよぶことなく切裂用細孔を設けること
ができるので、従来のヒートシール部に切裂用細
孔を設けるもの、あるいは研磨材によつて傷痕を
付けるものに比して、フイルムの種類に左右され
ることなく穿孔を確実かつ容易(フイルム厚が薄
いため)に行うことができ、しかもヒートシール
部を傷付けることがなく、ヒートシールを確実に
行うことができる等種々の効果がある。
