It relates to a rope with a cushioning property.

を提示した。"Prior Art" As a conventional rope with cushioning property, a coil spring is provided at the end for cushioning a rope that does not have a contraction property,
There are some ropes that are made of rubber by incorporating elasticity to make them elastic, and also include synthetic resin such as styrofoam or polyurethane with a spherical or elliptical cross section, or an elastic body made of hollow balloon-shaped rubber. As described above, a rope-like bag-like net or a telescopic rope braided into a tube was presented.

してなされたものである。"Problems to be solved by the invention" However, since the conventional coil spring used for cushioning the rope is made of steel material, a part for attaching it to the rope is required, which makes the structure complicated. ,and,
There was an economic drawback that was expensive. Further, the rope using a rubber material has a drawback that the tensile strength against elongation is weak. In any case, the coil spring and the rubber material vibrate elastically and expand or contract depending on the pulling force of the rope so that the length is not set to a predetermined length. However, there was a drawback that it could not be used as a safety belt for mountaineering. The present invention has been made with the object of providing a cushioning rope that eliminates the drawbacks.

It is composed of a pair of inflated spring members internally, and is constructed such that when the rope is pulled, the curved spring members are buffered and then the curved spring members have a predetermined linear length. is there.

After extending in the axial direction and shock-absorbing, the spring material becomes a predetermined length and becomes a part of the rope, or it extends along a bag-shaped rope and the entire rope has a predetermined length. It will not grow any further.

である。FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the cushioning rope of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view thereof. A part of the band-shaped rope 1 is formed into a bag-shaped portion 2, and the central portion is curved so as to extend along the inside of the bag-shaped portion 2 or wrapped with the bag-shaped portion 2 (not shown). A pair of leaf springs 3 are internally provided and both ends of the leaf springs 3 are fixed to the rope 1 or the bag-shaped portion 2, or only both ends of the pair of leaf springs 3 are fixed and accommodated in the bag-shaped portion 2. To do.
Thus, the buffer rope 4 is configured by providing one or more bag-shaped portions 2 having the leaf springs 3 on the rope 1. When the cushioning rope 4 having such a configuration is pulled, the elastic force of the leaf springs 3 cushions the pair of leaf springs 3 inflated in the central portion of the bag-shaped portion 2 while being pulled. After that, the flat spring 3 itself, which is expanded and linear, has a predetermined length.

を有するものである。[Advantages of the Invention] The cushioning member provided on the conventional rope has a drawback that it elastically vibrates, and since the length of extension changes depending on the tension,
When it is used as a seat belt of a car, if the impact of a collision is large, the amount of extension is increased by that amount, and the windshield is pierced to cause injury to human life. Moreover, since its vibrational property bounds a suspended person, it could not be used as a rope for safety in climbing a mountain, a construction site or a factory, but the buffer rope of the present invention has a central portion on the outside. Since the curved spring material has a cushioning function only during a certain dimension in which it extends and has no vibration function, it has an effect that it can be used as a safety rope in any of the above cases.
