Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the method for dehydrating industrial waste of high water control food, such as juicing dregs of fruit vegetables, residual scum of fish meat and cattle meat and strained lees of sake, etc., with good efficiency. CONSTITUTION:Raw materials for filtration, such as sawdust, paper pieces, fiber scrap and sponge scrap, which are waste, are mixed at 5 to 30% with raw materials to be dehydrated at the time of subjecting the industrial waste of the high water content food as described above to a sepn. of solid from liquid by compression using a screw press or filter press, etc. The water oozing out of the raw materials by compression is then absorbed in filter media. The filter media are dehydrated by compression to increase the dehydration efficiency of the raw materials, by which the moisture content is decreased to <=60%. As a result, the delay of rancidity, the reduction of a transportation cost and a combustion treatment are made possible without increasing the cost for dehydration.

Therefore, various dehydration methods have been studied in order to reduce the water content. Techniques such as squeeze separation, centrifugal separation, and filtration are possible in Okara, but squeeze separation, especially mechanical squeeze method is generally performed. For example, a screw is wrapped around a support with triangular wires at regular intervals and is inserted into the barrel of a wire filter which is made into a cylinder to form a slurry and then a solid-liquid separation is performed by a wire filter pressing method, one side or both sides using a filter cloth. Various researches such as a high-pressure filter press method that squeezes water to form a slurry and then solid-liquid separation, a high-pressure belt press method that separates water from a slurry to solid-liquid separation, and a uniaxial screw press method. Has been announced.

All of the above problems are at the stage of testing and research, and there is a problem in that the water content after treatment is around 75%, which is not a sufficient dehydrating effect.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems of the prior art. The object of the present invention is to increase the dehydration cost little, and to reduce the water content to 60% or less so that it has been rancid in half a day. Delay rancidity to have okara for at least 2 days. By lowering the water content, the weight is reduced and the volume is reduced to reduce the transportation cost. Further, the present invention intends to provide a dehydration method in which the water content can be lowered to enable combustion disposal and to escape the restriction of the disposal site.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned objects, the present invention provides an industry for producing high-moisture food products such as okara, fruit and vegetable squeezed slag, fish meat and livestock dregs, shochu liquor, sake lees and the like. When dehydrating waste with a press-separation type dehydrator, sawdust used as a filter aid for dehydrating raw materials of industrial waste, or cut old newspaper, and cut paper or sponge scrap, or cut clothing , Or and mixed with absorbent cotton. The mixing ratio is preferably 5 to 30%.

When the mixed raw material in which the raw material to be dehydrated is mixed with the filter aid in an amount of 5 to 30% is put into a screw press or a filter press and compressed, the water in the raw material is squeezed and the leached water is The filter aid is taken in so as not to be absorbed and returned to the raw material, and the water taken in by the compression of the filter aid is discharged to the outside of the machine.

[Examples] According to the conventional research data, there is a limit to the dehydration of water contained in the raw material fiber cells in the method of separating solid-liquid only by pressing. For this reason, the Applicant has conducted various studies in order to break this wall by adding another action to the squeezing action, and as a result, has come to the idea of utilizing the capillary phenomenon in the gap of the cellulose. As additional filter aids, sawdust, which is waste of lumber, scraps of old newspapers, magazines, etc. for collecting waste, or lower absorbent cotton, cotton waste,
Fiber materials such as cut pieces of clothes, and sponge scraps having a water absorbing action due to a fine space, which are used alone or in combination. That is, these filter aids have a property of adsorbing water by themselves, and are materials capable of immediately releasing water when subjected to a screw press or a filter press for dehydration. Further, since these filter aids themselves are the same waste and are useless and rather difficult to dispose, the cost is low and the combustion treatment is possible. The results of experiments using these filter aids are described below.

[Table 2] A good dehydration effect was obtained when old newspapers and sawdust were used as filter aids. Similar effects were obtained with other industrial wastes of high-moisture foods, such as fruit and oil squeezed slag, fish and livestock slag, shochu liquor, sake lees, and the like. Furthermore, the same effect was obtained when using absorbent cotton, cotton dust, pieces of clothing, and sponge dust as the filter aid.

As described above, the present invention has the following effects. The cost of using the filter aid is low because they are the same waste, and the dehydration cost does not increase significantly. The reduction of transportation cost due to the reduction of weight and volume due to dehydration is far more than that, which greatly contributes to the overall cost reduction. In addition, since the rancidity is delayed, no special transportation cost is required to dispose of the fertilizer in a short period of time, and the range of application area as fertilizer can be expanded. In addition, the raw materials can be burned and disposed of, eliminating the need to add a specific disposal site.
