衛生機器及び配管類がそのまゝ設備された格好になり、
従って、そうした衛生機器や配管類の現場設備作業を単
独に行なう必要がない。また壁パネルが所定幅にモジュ
ール化されているばかりか衛生機器及び配管類が対応し
た幅にユニット化されている為、設置に際し、位置関係
に拘泥する必要がなく、レイアウトや取合の変更に柔軟
に対処でき、しかも大幅な標準化やCAD、CAMの導入が可
能である等多くの効果が得られる。
