〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕 従来の圧縮工程に於ける型締制御法は型締圧力の制御の
みで行っている為、緻密性は良いが薄い板状の成形品や
粘性の高い樹脂などの転写性を成形時に要求される成形
品に対しては、転写性に欠け圧力制御のみでは対応し難
い。

り行う圧縮代の型締制御を型締初期には、単段ないし多
段の速度制御で行い、転写性を改善すると共に、樹脂充
填完了後の任意に定める時点より速度制御から単段ない
し多段の圧力制御に切換えて型締保圧を行い緻密性の良
い製品を得ることとした。

締速度制御系6に選択し、油圧源7を作動させると圧縮
の為の型開き位置δに金型が達した時点より、型締シリ
ンダー8への圧油は電磁サーボ弁9により流量制御さ
れ、移動ダイプレートは設定器3の設定に基づき単段
ないし多段に速度制御されて移動する。移動ダイプレー
ト1が予め、設定器2に設定された位置に達した時、
位置検出器10の信号により切換スイッチ5は型締圧力制
御系11に切換り、電磁サーボ弁9により型締制御は設定
器4の設定に基づき単段ないし多段に圧力制御されて
型締する。
