部とリヤーフランジ粗形部とをしごき加工により、所定
のフロントフランジ部とリヤーフランジ部とに形成せし
められるとともに、フロントフランジ部とリヤーフラン
ジ部との間に凹陥したセンタードロップ部を形成したも

ンジ部とを形成するようにしたもので、特に鍛造加工に
おいてリヤーフランジ粗形部をしごき加工を容易とする
ため、フレア加工を施したと同様形状に下方裾部を拡開
し、かつ所要長さに形成するようにしたから、スピニン
グ加工では加工困難で、往々にして破損するおそれのあ
るテーパ状に径を大とする加工をスピニング加工に代え
て鍛造により形成するようにしたから、通常のしごき加
工でリヤーフランジ部をメタルフローを損なうことなく
形成することができ、加工時間の短縮と共に、製品の耐
